IS LETS SAY LIKE A "HUF" OR A REESE FORBES
DOESNT GO BIG BUT ISNT TECH...
LOCAL ASSHOLE @ MY PARK WAS TRYING TO SAY HUF IS IN THE GO BIG GROUP AND I WAS LIKE NO FUCKING WAY
-
Going big doesn't just mean big drops or rails. Huf goes, or at least went, big.
-
Both of those dudes can blast giant ollies, so we should go from that perspective...
-
When I was I like 15 I called them "power" skaters. Giant pop, fast skating, long grinds...seemed fitting. I would feel regular now for defining them as anything though. Talking about skaters like that is for the kids and assholes (like the one at your park).
-
^^^ pretty much sums it up. they're skateboarders.
-
moguls who dabble in milking it.
-
People that are marginally good at skateboarding, and can ollie high.

yeah, reese and huf are 'powerful' skateboarders

Despite there being no flip tricks involved.. I would consider it quite a technical maneuver to ollie up onto a short block at a high speed, then onto another block into an endless manual. You know, stuff that you actually have to be good to land and not get wrecked. Not dinky ledge tricks that one could practice for hours.

I don't mean for this to sound like I'm talking shit b/c I personally like Huf but I alway said he was a dude who "made a career out of ollieing"
