a man is walking his dog when a bunch of black kids jump him and kill him. 2 blocks away, a man is held captive and tortured. Red hot fishooks dig into his cock and balls and he screams. A candle is lit a foot below his ballsack and it slowly roasts his dick and he screams and strains against the ropes tying him. He is being held captive by a headless man with a bloody stump for a neck. He is then buried alive with a coffin full of spiders as he screams for mercy.

3 miles away, a man rapes and kills an old lady just for being on his street. Then a skeleton runs him down at 4 in the morning and strangles him.
