So that the 13 stair chima f. nollie heel flip? is that in melbourne? and what is the  address or name of building that the 13 stair that? thanks-

Well, I don't even live in Melbs but I know it's on Country Road. Ask some locals, I'm sure they're nice and they'll help you out.

im pretty sure its not on country road.
its at the Country Road(clothes brand) building.
and the stairs have had skater stoppers put at the top

correct, that spots been ruined. And the Parliament rail in Melbs has also been skate stopped.

how do you skate stop a stair set, couldnt you just put wood over the bumps.
