I'm not the most avid Slap forum user but I probably lurk these pages harder than most people and it doesn't take a moron to realize one of the main subjects to fuel these message boards is HATE. Whether it's a company, a shoe, a pro, an am, or anything in between, if it exists in the industry there is someone who hates it. Now don't get me wrong I could go on for days about things I hate in skateboarding as I assume many of you could as well but that's not the reason for this thread. I just keep seeing a lot of random comments about several different pros and companies and so forth and even after thinking for hours how anyone could conjure a reason to hate on it I just can't seem to find a one. So here it is, a thread to explain your hatred behind all that you hate. Pick one or two or hell even three things, hell it doesn't even have to entirely skate related (but seeing as this is a skateboarding forum and all it would help to throw a little skate in you shit???) But lets hear it. Whether it's a rider, company, photo or video, ex girlfriend, taco stand whatever if you hate it lets hear the reasons.
I'll start. I hate Cons. They have a sick team and they are doing some cool shit but I hate the way the shoes look on my feet. sorry?

Sometimes the hate is funny, which I think is what draws a lot of people to the forums.
But at the same time I believe as consumers people are a bit fed up with how phony the skate industry can be at times and its their way to vent.

i think that people take the hate to the extreme because two differing opinions on here usually end up going back and forth a little bit and everytime time the conversation sways to and fro the hate just gets more extreme. like that pirate ride. over two pages of a slap thread one person can easily go from "i don't particularly care for skater so-and-so" to "fuck that asshole nothing he has done or ever will do will be any good"

my dish sponge continues to accumulate mildew. after using it i try very hard to wring out any remaining moisture, yet it remains the same.
any mildew prevention tips?

I hate how many threads there are about stuff you hate, companies that should die, people that don't deserve to be am/pro, etc.

I hate the fact Inspector Gadget comes on at 7:00am because I usually have to leave my apt at 7:15am and I never know how the episode ends. If I miss the episode where Dr. Claw shows his face, I am going to raise hell.

This. I'd add that a lot of "hate" on here is comedy, but for a lot of people that aren't really familiar with the types of humor or memes around here, they get the impression that this place has a lot more venom than it really does.

Boil it in water, or buy a new sponge like once a month.

Boxelder bugs. They are congregating in front of the building where the sun is beamin on them. I find them annoying and useless, and do not care for there presence. Please relocate your stink asses to the woods.

I don't like really opinionated vegetarians and vegans, because I think its similar to really opinionated religious people.
Also, I don't like when people like something weird just to be eccentric.

i joined slap cause i thought the forums were funny. People here (for the most part) are knowledgeable, but use their knowledge for to make jokes. There's no one hear asking how to do a kickflip.
with that said
I FUCKING HATE FAT PEOPLE IN POWER CHAIRS....reallly man...i worked at taco bell a few year ago, this fat dude needed assistance getting in, then with all the $20 of BS he order this mofo got a diet coke...

there's days when i hate skateboarding... like go skating, hang out with skaters afterwards, and then party with skaters, all you hear is skatetalk 24/7, usually it doesn't bother me, but sometimes i'm just over it.

i hate the band janes addiction because of a youtube video. they are the worst thing ever, id willingly go to jail to kick perry ferrel in the balls.
i hate m knight shamalyan for that movie lady in the water, i would also pay money and/or spend a night in jail for the opportunity to kick him in the balls.
i hate varial flips, except when brian anderson does them, he is the only person who has ever made that trick cool. if your not BA just do a tre flip. varial flips are evil, they look bad, make people lose tre flips, and only dudes with chain wallets who listen to janes addiction do them.

i challenge someone to name something they hate and not be able to find a reason
I hate flip flops and I have absolutely no reason.
i hate them too but its pretty easy to find reasons, the way they feel if your wearing them (but only douches I hate wear them), the noise they make, they allways come in some sickly neon colors or american flags, and they show off peoples grungy looking feet

I love the way they feel
The sound they make soothes me
I would only wear white ones if I didn't hate them so much
And my feet are beautiful.
Still no reason for me to hate flops.
