This local company called Love Skateboards from Toronto made a trip to Detroit and skated inside this famous abandoned building called the Packard Plant. It's pretty cool and looks brutal to skate, check it out: http://push.ca/blogs/guest/archive/2012/06/13/love-skateboards-connects-with-detroit.aspx (http://push.ca/blogs/guest/archive/2012/06/13/love-skateboards-connects-with-detroit.aspx)
They also filmed a video last summer called "Labor of Love" which can be seen here too. These guys are tight and doing it right.

The video was really good, lots of really fun looking spots. Seems like Josh Stewart was a big influence as well.

I would say that video is a split between Toronto and Detroit footage
