I gotta say that Blake Carpenters front heel over that LBC hubba in PM was pretty heavy.
-
kian eads did the best frontside heel i've ever seen. i think it was even switch. the footy should be in some video by now, dunno where tho. it's a ghetto spot gap in badalona. picture perfect. just sayin...
-
Water Plantis
-
Herman's
-
This tricks a lot more interesting regular than switch
Arto over the bar in Sorry
Asian people
Gino
James Brockman
Clyde over the table
Mike Ruszyck in Cataclysmic Abyss (despite the landing)
Asian people
-
Dollin
-
The one dylan does right after he kicklfips that super high fence in his gravis part.
-
Dollin
Damn I forgot about Dollin's mean one in Baker 3.
-
pat channita has a good one. so does cliff.
-
Puleo had a great switch one, over one of the grate gaps at flushing meadows, at about 1:52 in his Infamous part

Brockman, Dollin, and Blake Carpenter are the first three that come to mind.

antwuan dixon has some pretty nice ones, he was the first one to come in mind for me...hope he gets his stuff together and gets another board on deathwish.
-
Massimo's fakie fs heels in his new Thrasher part are rad.
-
always like the ss one danny renaud does for his first line in static 3
-
Dylan rieder best regs. Paul rodriguez or Bryan Herman best switch.
-
Tony tave had a mean switch one in his this is my element part. It was tweaked and everything.

For sure, in the late 90s early 2000s you couldnt open a mag without seeing three of them switch.
-
evan hernandez had a good one

If we're talking about switch ones then Chris Coles switch front heel over Carlsbad was a pretty gnarly one. Way ahead of its time.
-
Dylan rieder best regs. Paul rodriguez or Bryan Herman best switch.
pretty much this. Although jimmy carlin & theotis have done some pretty good ones too.
its such a weird trick for me. Some days I can do em perfect on flatground and other days I just flail my legs out and nothing happens. I probably just need to practice them more, but they feel so good when I DO land one. it seems like it'd seem super scary to do down sets tho. moreso than something like a frontside flip

It is a really satisfying trick. Def a primo proned trick. Cant even count how many times ive primoed this trick. Switch is soo much easier.
-
all of Westgate's are amazing
-
alex gavin on that little brick bank in Lazy Paparazzi
also Antoine Asselin in Turd season was pretty

yeah Ive caught that double primo plenty of times with front heels. i feel like im never really in control of it tho. even when i land them clean it feels like i just pop the trick & somehow happen to land on it. I wanna get that "catch" just right ala bryan herman.

jamie tancowny has a mean one

Riley Hawk has a good one in bake and destroy. Theotis front heel over a red rail in Debacle. And MJ's switch front heel (above) was tight too

Clyde's over the picnic table on flat is the first one that comes to mind.
-
Switch is so common place it's not even worth mentioning
Regs award definitely goes to Rieder on a count of how good they are and then on how much shit he's done them over
I've only seen Blake do like 1 or 2 (maybe) but if he can continuously bust them over gnarly shit then he might take the top spot
-
00:28 Guy had a good one & don't forget Kelly Bird.
Jovontate Turner, Guy Mariano, Sean Sheffey - Goldfish (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2WQFW4MPNXo#)
-
the best front heel ever is Pete Eldridge's over the hip in Bootleg 3000.

I always liked Pat Channita's many many, switch fs heels in second hand smoke. He does them into grinds, manuals, up stuff, down, the part is filled with them.

Only landed a couple ever. I pretty much just do a varial heel and then turn my body with it the last minute, only way I can make it work. I just wish I was better at varial heels to make them work more often, hah.
I know it's switch, but the one Jeron did at 3:32 has been a favorite of mine for a long time.

Damnit, I was coming here just to say that! Has anyone else got those regular that good since then? I wish PJ kept that trick up, but I can also understand feeling like he did it and it fucking sucked trying it over and over and he never wants to do it again.
