Title: Indy 109's
Post by: fulfillthedream on August 15, 2013, 09:55:25 PM
I saw a pair for sale on the NHS website and decided to get em. Will throw them on my cruiser.  Any one have/had these?  Share your experiences. Thanks!

I've got a set. Yet to set them up though. Should fit a zip zinger size cruiser ok.

My old cruiser just got eaten by three lanes of fast moving traffic.

I thought about saving it but by then the second/third car had ripped it apart.

Nothing could be done :'(

I'll post up what they look like, if I can work out the process...

Here they are.

The wheels are OJ Small juices 56 (?) I think.

Virgin. The fit seems good though...

I can't really comment on the Ace 11s as I have never skated any.

Just went for a spin on the new set up.

Higher than the last thunders I had on there. More carve and a fast turning circle.

They seem fun to use on a cruiser, but I doubt you can do regular grinds on them, due to axle width.

Work well on a zip zinger from what I could see.

The bearings are new indy abec 7s though. I might change them out for swiss, sluggish compared to the old set up...
