Just saw a few dudes talking about it being torn out. Wondering if this has anything to do with rumours of Prod leaving Nike, the park was full of the swoosh. Or is it just a natural turn of events.

P Rod is re-doing his park. Which is good, as it looked like the most generic of all the private parks.
He's never leaving Nike. He has one of the most lucrative contracts in skateboarding through them. Stop all the bullshit rumors.

Skateparks are very noisy, insurance is an issue too. They also dont make any money, any of the mentioned options could be why it gone.
