Fuck I hated that and the overall soundtrack. It liked made the vid like a 90's morning cartoon show.
When I first saw Circa "It's Time" vid...I felt all those skits were so dumb from the Windsor thing to the Tony Tave interviews to Colt Cannon talking near the fireplace but I oddly love it.

Not a skit, per say, but hilariously bad: Greg Lutzka reading Maxim and wearing sunglasses indoors for his interviews in the City video.
As far as best skits? Brian Wenning's prophesying intro in The DC Video, the aforementioned Owen Wilson skit, and I'm gonna throw in T-Bone as Wayne Patrick in Round 3 as a winner.

That shit is the worst because a lot of these other skits mentioned were at least theatrical or attempting to be funny, whereas nike was reeeeally trying to make that shit look real. So corny. Theres one in the old Zorlac video with Rick Charnoski, the dude that did Dogbowl to Downtown and shoots Loveletters to skateboarding did that involved fake monster hillbilly teeth that is worst ever, its not funny make no sense and goes on for about 4 minutes.

the whole Chocolate Tour video! Keenan ripping off Ray Barbee, Koston skating a set of stairs on a wheel chair, Mike York blood bath.. classic. -The End had some decent ones; Bucky Lasek being Hawks bitch only to blow him up to bits and take last part, Reynolds getting bottled by a orangutang, Berra getting his get decapitated etc.

There's a fine line between best and worst...
Formula One Super Motor Vixens has some weird ones where Eric Ricks was a cholo, Templeton and Jamie Hart in drag, a rappin Gentry, Simon Woodstock as some type of mafia don, and some other weird ones I can't think of right now.
It was the first video I ever saw and made me think that every video had to have corny skits within it, like it was mandatory for everyone.
Every few months or so I'll forget about William Patrick and watch the Almost video n just crack up. My roommate at the time really hated that section n thought that was the stupidest thing in the world, "Why is he being somebody else? I don't get it."
