There is 2 backside 180 nosegrinds back to back and the rest are all noseslide and crook combos. Not hating but was surprised and now will never not notice this. Wonder what that back truck looks like.

I haven't learned all of those nose slide combos yet so I can't say shit. Still dope to see someone older put out a part. Then again, that's prolly cos I'm in my mid 30s. But still, it's nice to see people progress in their middle ages :) #easytoplease #oldmanskaterstillprogressing

I try my hardest to see him as a positive well-meaning hype man, but I just cannot stand people who draw attention to themselves.
This was not as good as what he's put out previously. I'm not ashamed to admit I like some of his skateboarding. But not really feeling this one. :(

That being said, I'm cool with Heyl. If you don't want to see long noseslides and a lot of mugging for the camera, then skip his clips. You know what you're gonna get. He seems to be playing to his strengths and having a good time. He stepped out of being pro with grace and clearly loves skating, so if he wants to drop two minutes of noseslide shoves on his 41st birthday, I say hell yeah.

I've heard of people popping out early on a lot of tricks, but I refuse to believe its possible to come out of a noseslide early.

Dude, he wasn't pro for serious. (He may not have known this either and so subsequently he gave that interview about his departsure from the pro ranks) edit; wait are you sure he gave his spot up? cause I'm thinking he was prolly asked to and shit.

Has he ever been on a pro level? I remember seeing him(w/ dreadlocks) on a Tum Yeto tour in '98 and just being baffled.

I grew up idolizing basically everyone in baker3, and I know hes been boys with the baker/deathwish crew forever but he just ruins it for me. he fuckin sucks "on and off the board"

He makes people wanna like him, me included. But then he lashes out with stuff like the music videos he does. I guess what is he gonna do? being a camera mugger has worked for him so far, it's just that cumulatively it can get tedious.

I feel like hes so loud and trying to bring attention to himself in that way cause his skating cant do the talking. Sadly its his only way to stay relevant.
