i definitely agree here, but i also think it takes KOTR to make this happen!
he was trying to go up the rail for the points and almost did the grind rock fakie.
i dunno, after typing that it is cole wilson and he probably would of done it anyway! maybe grind blunt fakie can be saved for a part! who knows

Agreed. That’s where I like Even (and KOTR) best, doing nollie three flip front boards or feeble 360 shuv outs down rails, that’d you never see in someone’s part.

I remember seeing a clip on the TWS site ages ago of someone doing a polejam blunt stall the top and then grind back in. It was crazy.

I was thinking how rad it would be to get to the top, do half a Natas spin, and drop back in grinding down regular. Seems pretty difficult, but wouldn't put it past people these days.

This would be sick!

personally i think this is better as a stand alone clip than in a part. i dont know why. its just too weird and sick for a video part.

Cole wilson is amazing, one of the best out there today.

it's so sick and weird that it would be an amazing intro clip. maybe pause mid-rock, throw his name on the screen, then resume playback. song kicks in when he lands.

Someone give this man a pro shoe immediately.

yeah it wouldn't surprise me if he does a cleaner one on a different rail, maybe even a little steeper. This was awesome but he could definitely do a better one

I was gonna say if he did this just for kotr he can do it again somewhere else it would seem. Would be cool to see rock to switch crook down .

Slap: dude does a trick nobody has ever even considered before, 20 dudes have suggestions about how it could have been better

Looks like there's 14, not 20, responses here and all in support of how rad this trick is and in support of Cole and ways they could see it going in the future. Great contribution Gip.

Okay so I know this is in a park, on a polejam not a rail, and in horrendous quality... but it's of a similar vein and blew my head off when I saw it:

My friend Kyle Barton had a pole jam blunt fakie at this diy spot called chem plant and transworld had it on their home page as trick of the week or something back in 2005 or 2006. I can't find the original footage at chem but here he is doing one at some skatepark at 3:40.

I think it was Bristol Palin's but still sick that more people have done it.
