Unstoppable, until he gets an easily preventable case of the measles
-
he'll never have the best style but it's sick that he he went and filmed an entire ledge part after saying something to the effect of "i suck at ledge skating" when talking about his album part. i rather watch this than felipe gustavo.
-
Wow, that part was mostly switch, yeah? Dude is a machine, it's sick to see him getting tech instead of just jumping down shit. He's really one of the most well-rounded street skaters out there right now. He said in his Nine Club (?) that he wasn't skating fat gaps in his next part and he certainly delivered.
-
Amazing. His style isnt that smooth but it's definitely not a bad style.

He's gonna be soty some year. He skates so god damn much. When he came to the scene thought his hunchback style was terrible, but since then he's gotten the knee fixed, which caused him to take the impact mostly on his back. I'm a fan now. I particulary enjoy his approach to street league, dude gets buck and skates so fast in them. Haven't liked any of his parts that much really though.
Thought this was cool. He just skates all around the city.

MJ skated to this song in 'Yellow'. Couldn't even make it though this he looks so bad on his board. At least when he jumps down stuff its entertaining.
-
hopefully we see a tranny part next!
ender was sick!
his ledge game is strong!
-
That was sick but god damn, drone and steadycam footage does NOT work in skate videos.
-
Joslin - Unvaccinated
-
that was good, not your usual Joslin footy. not the smoothest style but good enough I found this part watchable and fun. def wanna see Joslin skate more mellow stuff.

underwhelming
-
he just keeps crankin out parts like it is nothing.
respectable work ethic on that dude. i guess he
is the only one on plan B with this kind of drive.
-
Unstoppable, until he gets an easily preventable case of the measles
Hahaha.
I agree with planman and ungzilla: it’s cool to see him really pushing himself to branch out and not just be known as “the big gap guy”. Is it the best ledge footage to ever be captured on camera? No. Still pretty watchable though.

His hard work and dedication is unbelievable, not the best style but he improved a lot. I assume that he has something left for the end of the soty race.
-
I think the coolest thing in that part was that double crooks where they tweaked it midway to not hit each other.
-
The hardest working man in skateboarding.
You gotta respect that, even if his trick selection/style might not be your cup of tea.
-
He has style, it's a huckyou style - he hucks all his ledge tricks, just like his gaps. Love it, he's such a skaterat.
-
I’m not quite sure I like the music to this...
Would’ve been better off with some hip hop
-
I'm convinced his style would automatically appear better if his shoes weren't always clunky looking.
Like a nice thin pair of Janoskis might make the dude look 10x better on a skateboard.
He killed it tho.

I'm calling ghetto bird over the Mega Ramp gap. Followed by a 30 second ho-ho on the quarter.

I like Chris Joslin. I'm pretty positive if he skated more interesting spots (which he's more than capable of doing) people wouldn't say anything about his style.
-
Dug everything about this part. Joslin is firmly on the SOTY list this year.
-
iffy style and some great tricks. the standout to me was the fs noseslide pop up the ledge - haven't seen anyone do this one and it seems like the hardest trick to me
-
Not very tasteful but it's hard to not like this guy. He's a fucking machine and a true skate rat.

I love chris' style for gnarly things but ledge skating isnt so much hard as it is hard to make look good... maybe we are just spoiled by the wades and tom astas that are seemingly everywhere
-
Love it how when he gets to the end of the part he just has to throw some gaps in there.
His output is astounding.

No. Fuck that shit. I'm sick of looking at a zoomed in swoosh every single fucking part.
Anyway, good part. Still feel sorry for his kids. I wonder if the idiot got shots when he was a kid.
-
I like the concept, surprised he actually stuck with it. Would be sick to see someone like GT film a ledge part
Joslins not giving a fuck style is refreshing

Unshottable

Finally, a bigspin Bennett grind! Been waiting to see that one for a while.
The picky asshole in me now wants to see it on a downward sloping obstacle.
I love how wide his trick selection is; when was the last time you saw a fakie heelfip switch back tail.....back to fakie and in a line . I’ve seen the nollie version plenty but this bad boy, nope. Nice to see some unusual tricks. Like that fucking fantastic line that begins with a switch frontside boardslide on a long ass ledge. I’m not sure “creative” is the right word, more like diverse.
Fuck, that might actually be the same line talking about. Shouldn’t have smoked a bone while watching this. Damm.

I dug that too. What I liked even more was how he was clearly unsatisfied with the way he did it. He got stuck on the slide, came out immediately, and gave a dejected skyward look. It's great because you immediately know how hard it was for him to do. Struggling for that rare ledge trick.
-
most underwhelming part of the year
-
RIP fish eyes.
-
Totally don't get the style comments. He's got so much flavor & attitude in whatever he does. Most ledge skating these days is pretty robotic & samey. Loved this.

It is hard to remember what else you've just seen after having balls slapping you on the chin.

Not in a line, but the ender was the only one I could think of and it's going on 20 years old ha.

Franky Villani does them all the time and has done them on some hubbas. He did a big spin Bennet 180 out down a decent sized hubba back in the day at a damn am contest. Wild stuff:

Chris joslin "manzoori, how many clips do I need"?
Manzoori "for a ledge part, probably about 60"
Joslin "wanna meet up this week and just finish it of"?
Manzoori "sure, but I'm only in town for two days"
Joslin "perfect! We'll do a throwaway part too"!
Unreal
-
that was absolutely fucking awful
mike manzoori needs to chill out also

never, but that doesn't make it good

hard to deny the skill, soty push for sure

Joslin - Unwatched
-
This was dope. More fun than his Album part.
If Joslin has another part up his sleeve for release in early November, that will probably sew up SOTY for him. Although Real Street doesn't count towards SOTY, and this Unstoppable part wasn't released through Thrasher either, so maybe not.

You’re right, that fact doesn’t make it good; the tricks in the line and the difficulty of that trick combined with the skater doing the trick makes it “good”.
