Not trying to be a dick but I honestly don't know what Vincent Gallo has done in say the last decade or so. Does he also have a low key grocery bagging gig at Ralph's that helps to keep the lights on or was that Buffalo 66 check just that big?

Anyway, I watched the Kader piece that went up on Thrasher today and my favorite part was Grecs wearing a v neck sweater and dress shoes sitting on a ledge at the Baker Boys park eating a sandwich. Still not gonna pay $250 for my grandad's pants, even though they would probably fit me perfectly.

Aside from all the wardrobe changes, I still can't believe how rocket his Ollies are with how good he does other tricks.

Even doing a 20 stair, or over a car, his back foot can barely reach level.

Yeah, I also was never aware of Vincent Gallo until now and he looks like he might stink of cheese.

Gallo had a moment where he reheated some Cassavettes and the film world still generally didn't fuck with him. Then he made a movie where he got a beej from Chole Sevigny and that caused a stir until it became clear that no one was gonna show that movie because of what was in it. I've heard Greco accused of being a Gallo rip a bunch of times but to be fair they're both biting Johnny C.

Filmmaking was never his main source of income - hence the reason why he only partakes in it when he wants to.

He owns / owned various properties in LA / New York, so most of his wealth stems from that.

My CT sensibilities are offended. That part of the state has a huge Italian American population and I don't think the accent and demeanor are an act. Weck's from Jersey so he should damn well know better. Also, what is satire?
