  Jakes writing was what i cared most about when i was a kid reading thrasher.  He wasnt the editor but he had a monthly section called prouduct patrol.  That was my shit.

before my time but Angel Dust in the first pages was inspiring. i liked the one about being on his bike, far away from my mother's control.
there was another one about his glasses after he got punched by Billy Pepper.

The Truth Hurts was one of the first videos I owned and a lot of his babble pops into my head to this day. RIP

found a copy of hillbilly roadkill on ebay and ordered it to have a physical copy of one of the only phelps parts ever.
