saw this thing the other day, looks pretty sweet. it plays gameboy, gameboy color, and gameboy advance games. screen resolution is sick on this thing. 200 bucks is alittle steep, hopefully they can get it down alittle before release.

also able to play titles from Game Gear, Neo Geo Pocket Color, Atari Lynx and other systems via cartridge adapters.

Looks fucking slick. The synthesizer is a curious addition. If I had cash to blow at the time I'd be tempted since you could just load a fuck ton of roms on an SD card and be set anytime you gotta wait and chill. The screen sounds super nice, I'd love to see how a few GBA games with nice spite work like Wario Land 4 or Golden sun would look on it

You can get similar emulation systems off ebay for like 60 bucks from china. Been around for years. Some even emulate arcade games too. The LDK is a good example - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GkN9HYSZD4s

This thing looks fucking awesome.
I'll buy it just so I can play the original Zelda: Links Awakening again.

I知 skeptical on the quality of the build and the size of the device but I値l deff be looking into this for that price.

Apparently this is pocket thing accurate to the hardware level, no emulation, thus the increased cost compared to other stuff.

I didn't watch the video but alot of people make these small handhelds with the raspberry pi zero. There's alot of diy guides around

eh, I'll stick to using emulators on my android.

That sounds terrible. I need the feel of buttons.

Yeah, is there really a market for these today? Last time I've seen a gameboy was probably 15 years ago. Given that I never got one myself so not in on the nostalgia for this

This thing is beautiful and makes me wish I'd kept all my games.

This is the time to rebuy them before the price sky rockets. I see it happening.

Not quite a new gameboy but this is pretty interesting. So it's a handheld system with a small crank handle.
You buy the system and the games come free, released on a weekly basis.

I mainly want one for Nanoloop. I ordered the cart years ago from the developer and it was so much fun making tracks on the original Gameboy.
The Nanoloop app for iPhone and Android is good, too, and very cheap if you like making weird chiptune/IDM/ambient stuff in your spare time.

Been playing playing Game Boy Advanced games on my old Nintendo DS. Beat Warrior Land 4 finally, tried to buy Aria of Sorrow but got a fake copy. Would love to play Metroid Fusion
-
Any cunts get one of these? They look pretty sick, and yeah that built in Nanoloop is rad.
-
I got one of these bad boys (RG350) and can highly recommend it! Plays Gameboy, Gameboy Color and Gameboy Advance without breaking a sweat, and if your bored of that it also plays Tony Horks Pro Skater 2 on Playstation.

I wouldn't buy it simply because I already own a game boy and game boy color but it looks cool. Also I only like to buy original systems no emulators or anything like that.
-
there's a good handful of Snes and gameboy games that I only like to play on emulator. Speed up button and save state are a must!

This is a very interesting information about Garena Free Fire (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/garena-free-fire/akigjbcmjeghoaoldbgceackmkjngoce)! I will definitely share it with my friends.
