If someone is drunk technically in the eyes of the law there is no consent, so technically in the eyes of the law everything is rape if people are drunk. I wasn’t there and not gonna claim like I know what happened like you internet white knights, but technically drunk means no consent to begin with, which I don’t agree with because I’ve definitely been at different levels of drunk and the decision making abilities at those tiers, but technically, it’s all rape, at least in the US. Was there like video footage of these guys gangbanging a lifeless body or some shit for y’all to say this? or was it he said she said and because y’all fucking hate jah to begin with you started internet white knighting, or are all of you guys just idiots who think every metoo accusation is real while also disliking jah and heard an Internet rumor?

Is the rape thing talked about outside of Slap? It just seems so weird that Thrasher/Burnett/Deluxe/all his sponsors/pretty much everyone in the general skate world are okay with him.
Was there ever evidence or was it just people claiming it and echoing it around the forums?
Fucking deplorable if true but it just seems like a really odd one. I'm guessing he was never charged if he's out and about.

What's his shoe sponsor situation? Rape allegations aside: Dude is really underrated despite being one of the best rail skaters in the world. He bs 5-0'd a legit 30 stair in his flat earth part. Pretty crazy that no one in the industry (or in general) gives a fuck about him. I think always being known as "Nyah's friend" and the rape allegations really hurt his image.
It would be really fucked up if it's just a rumor someone started.
Personally, I think something along those lines definitely went down. Supposedly one of them filmed it. I also heard Nyjah payed the girl off to keep her quiet. Boosh talks about it on the bunt I think.
