fyi in chrome/android it's impossible to complete the captcha (for me anyways), you can't drag the feet, it just tries to refresh the page. cool shit though.

Yes, you have to prove you are a skateboarder and make an account in order to do anything, even watch a video. Owners of the video can disable this feature, but unlogged user no interaction (like, comment,...).

when you make a slap account, it asks you how many bolts go into a truck to prove that you skate. We should use it here for new posters. This would definitely cut down on a bunch of alt- right shit posters flooding the forum whenever stupid shit happens.

In "Download a trick" option you can uncheck 1:1 to keep 4:3 aspect ratio on downloaded tricks.
The "Long length video list 60fps" has now more than 400 videos.

All problems with creating new accounts seems solved, then all videos are open for non registered users (except some of "movies" user)
Remember that if you are member you can upload content or download tricks or "do a lot of nice stuff".

We are working hard to just have a safe place designed for skate videos and video parts, with no ads, data trackers, and all Internet Shit, just skateboarding, then please, IF YOU FIND ANY PROBLEM OR HAVE ANY SUGGESTION, REPORT. Thank you very much!!!

@skatehype looks good. I'd like to suggest some quality control. There are several videos of randoms just doing stuff like skatepark clips or stationary heelflips via Challenge Escuela Skate Molinar. Maybe get that stuff gone before it builds up and it's no longer worth navigating the site because of overwhelming content?

The signup captcha to create an account is pretty cool, making people put foot placement down for tricks to prove they skate.

Nice!, your suggestion makes me think how to avoid "spam user" or "lower quality user" to be shown on main page. I'll show you a few options and problems:

As example: Line to show "Latest videos of users"

A) Show latest videos based on reputation, only users with good reputation can be shown. There is no reputation parameter (yet), this parameter would be good to code it, can be used for a lot of things.

B) Show videos of your friends, like facebook or instagram show different content mixing your friends content with latest videos based on reputation. This maybe is slow to find and will add load time on main page, now is fast as fuck and we like it.

C) Friends content first. Just to go simple way, show first the content you follow (add as friend content you want to be shown first). For example, if you are interested in movies, add friend "movies" and allways watch movies content first or the friend set content. This is not implemented, but seems way easier than A or B (we are just a bunch of og skaters with programming skills and not a Corporation with millions of programmers and resources available like Facebook...)

Let me make a deep study of it.

Watch history style latest 48h actions of the app. Including downloaded tricks likes, and comments.

On main page of web/app there is a "ENTER THE PLAZA" link that activates the History Like carrousell. Is a preliminary version, please REPORT any malfunction or any idea to make it better.

All videos in "the list" are treated with high quality deinterlaced process wich is available and free for all users. Please, watch PJ'S video and tell us if it is enough qualilty for your TV.

About Patreon?, we do not have Patreon but we will talk about it in the team. We are working in a monetization and support plan, is not done yet. For now I can say: We do not gonna use tracking data ads (Google, ...).

We will release more information in the future about this, thank you for your interest.

I've watched Danny Renaud's part in Mosaic so many times but you've just made it 20x better. I didn't realize the choppiness of older footage until this came into my life and its' made the classics even better, bless you my dude.

The enhancing by AI procecess of Blind Video Days is almost done. Old videos have more work because you have to fine tune with how deteriorate the video file is. I spend a lot of time with this, because is a special video for all of us (all og's pre bpsm).

Tried to upload a video DV . avi around 6GB and an upscalled 1080p video with about 2GB.

Both got stuck at 99%, Chrome with no add-ons was used.

Any suggestion how to fix this?

Also if I am uploading a 25fps interlaced DV . avi would it be automatically interlaced and converted to 50fps?

Hi, you have to use the option "PAL 25i [->50p]", automatic doesnt' do the magic, this is why "Filmer options" exist. Yes, will be converted to 50fps footage.

Automatic detection is for "normal internet videos".

To all filmers, if you gonna upload videos, even if the process is automated, better keep in touch with admin:

Apple AirPlay is now available. Personally I tryied through a modern iPad to a Samsung smart tv and works nice. Which are your tv and mobile setup?

iOS app reached "final" version: It will not be updated unless there are more bug reports.
Now working on ChromeCast protocol:

We found the way and we are working on it, hope in less than a month we can enjoy the chromecast protocol from Android app and Chrome browser.

Can I get instructions on how to use Cast? I don't see the icon on the video player, using an Android TV and phone.

On Android phone you must use Chrome Browser (latest version), and must be TV on and ensure your TV has ChromeCast Built in, and configured. Then, if everything is ok, a white cast icon at the right of the player must appear.
