Hi all, basically I have a Transformer tail I use regularly as well as a funbox that I love to skate. However over time they both have become SOO sticky and require a heavy coat of wax and it lasts maybe an hour max.
My question is: is there a permanent coating I could put on the rail and/or the angle iron on the box? I have Skate Paint that I never used and I was considering using that but I’m not sure.
Hopefully y’all have some ideas, I appreciate it

Depends on how slick you want it, i'd recommend using a scraper to get all the old wax off then re waxing. Lots of people use lacquer on curbs but you would need to get them pretty clean to have it stay I imagine.

Is there any rust on the rail? Do you mostly do boardslides on it or do you also do some grinds?
