I'm happy to see that even after several years now his Eric Rohmer phase does not seem to be abating. The ledge line with the s/s b/s 5-0 b/s shove then s/s f/s shove b/s nosegrind was a cool, quick throwback to early Mariano-heavy Lucas.
That said, I've always had occasional issues with his trick selection as a whole, and that continues to a light degree. The switch f/s tail switch heel spin out was fine though.

And for anyone thinking about getting this shoe, just do it. It feels like the Busenitz went on holiday to southern France, met a classy Prada sneaker, had some red wine on the beach while watching the sun set on the Bay of Biscay, made sweet love and then conceived a baby 9 months later that is the Puig.

This part was insane. Wouldn't be surprised if it was filmed in just a few days. It also made me want to go surfing. Very happy for Lucas, what a life to live. I'd definitely skate the shoe. Nobody has it like Lucas has it. Also this part really made me want to go surfing.

Lucas is the prodigy that lived up to the hype. I still can't believe he was like 14/15 with unreal style in Bon Apetit. Even kids with unreal tricks at that age tend to look terrible on the board.

It looks like the best parts of the st.001 and added a tongue instead of that hybrid slip on with laces. The st. series fit a 1/2 size too big so I wonder if this will be the same as well? I'm excited for Adidas to release something new instead of just a colorway.

One of the few skaters that get me hyped on technical skating. Going to be a frustrating session today trying to get tech. But yeah one of the best all time.
Shoe looks too bulky for me but hopefully with the new shoe I can get his old model for cheap. Loved that one.

I love the heel and the laces on these shoes, but I'm not going to get a blue/white colourway. Wish I nabbed one of the palace colourways when they came out.

I wear the same size in these as Busenitz and superstars, if that helps. I could probably get away with half size up as I have wide feet but TTS feels good.

“The adidas Skateboarding PUIG “Ink” will release via the adidas webstore on September 19, and is priced at $100 USD. Additional colorways will follow later this fall”.
Looks like more goodness is on the way. If big sports can put out shoes like this for 100 bucks, I don’t think they’re too worried about $85 vulcs - not hating, just saying. I usually just skate Buzenitz, and I wasn’t feeling the first few of Scott’s shoes (TJ, 3st, Liberty cup etc) too bulky for my big feet, but this one seems to be lighter and lower and looks great. I snapped up the last pair I could find in my size online, can’t wait to try them.

Also, from what I know 95% of the video was filmed in a radius of 100km from Biarritz his home and during one month. Some spots like the switch flip fs bluntslide are really unknown (I'd say less than 10 skaters have skated it).
