I swear by these...can't wear anything else now; literally donated/sold off every pair of shorts I had and replaced them with these; Volcom does great sales.

For swimming, nothing beats Ralph Lauren shorts, seriously. Best looking by far.
Other then that, Polar and Levis baggy jorts are dope
