Brandon Turner has to me the cross generational street skater, he's one of the only child star street skaters that didn't fizzle out early and is now almost 40 and still doing it. I know Eric Dressen did it sorta similar but he's been more legend status the early 90s, besides his stints in jail Brandon Turner has been on top of his game since he was 10? I think his first clips show up around 93-94

Well if you follow the Sk8mafia insta stories you can see Dan Connelly is busy in the editing booth showing who's part he's working on. B Turners s/w hard flip probably sealed up his portion. Additionally Alexis is out with Rhino constantly in october, at UCI yesterday. Thinking Alexis is making a final push for SOTY. Betting the vid drops by Dec 1.

Thrasher owns the roll in, they may also have a connect with the school to get access, so the deal is Thrasher will get the haul and the ramp so they have control of the photos, if you make it they get the pics, if you don't make it you have to pay for the Uhaul.

Understandable that Thrasher has the rights to the photos, but personally I feel it would have been better revealed in the video. Then again only .0000001% of skateboarders look at the message board and/or care about these types of ethics.

also to chime in regarding thrasher publishing before the video, is it because nobody could keep quiet about something like this? ah thats a dumb statement. truthfully, i think i'd rather see the photo first, then the clip shortly after unless its the ender especially when the photo/sequence is more about the trick than the composition or the spot with a vibe separating the two. the video feels like a fuller experience than a still image, like i'd feel more satiated watching the porno than flipping through the magazine. im an idiot.

So Lindsey Roberston did both heelflip and bs heel at the two spots. He really nailed both tricks at Wallenberg, but all his tricks were done at comps. Still cool, but what Brandon Turner has done is almost unbelievable.
Lil B did his tricks 20 years apart. All on his own terms. You could say he did it for the culture.
