Title: Flip out of stalls

Specifically, I'm working on flips out of FS noseslides.

Anyone have advice on this? I've been trying nollie flips a bunch but the timing and foot position on a stall flip out seems very different than on flat. Don't really have a preference for heel/kickflips either.
