Just got into skateboarding and I haven't lived in Massachusetts for a long time. Wondering what people do or where people go to skate during the snow days and winter. Any advice or tips would be appreciated.

(1) A local parking garage.
(2) Indoor parks.
(3) Grab a shovel, and get to work. I cleared out a mini ramp in MA just this afternoon.

My fault on the delayed response. I'm in Boston. I know there's one in Taunton, but I haven't been to that one yet. Is that the one you're referring to?

ya, that shits tight and worth the drive. Wear a mask if you go there. That's where I grew up and I'll hunt your ass down if you bring more covid to that already shitty city ;) >:( 8)
really, it's a dope park but if you're just starting to skate, seems like this snowy winter is a great way to pop your cherry. MBTA parking garages are probably legit. I don't know though because I haven't been to Boston in a long time, let alone during Covid. Or, even better, if you've got a car, find an industrial park somewhere off 93/95 and there's gonna be parking garages in those places as well.
have fun bud

lynch family skatepark is underneath I-93, meaning that a lot of the park is sheltered from snow. Just snowed here but give it a week and it will have melted and then dried. people skate it all winter on warm days. wear long johns, layers. bring a shovel- if something you want to skate is icy, shovel it out and wait a few days.
