I love the complaint that LV doesn’t send out free products to skaters. Why would they if people are paying for it?
Also, I’m pretty sure Lucien sent out a lot of free shoes to people he liked within skating. It’s definitely more that Boo doesn’t know or isn’t working with the right people. I don’t think Philly from Humidity paid for his Lucien pro models.

Yea that $1,200 per pair didn’t go to him, it goes to Bernard Arnault, the richest man in Europe and owner of LVMH. No dyed plies, blank unspinning wheels, same insipid watercolor graphic for grip and deck - the lack of effort, design or creativity that went into this is embarrassing. Alex seems to have a lot of spare time, and now he doesn’t have a team to manage, maybe LV skate can hit him up again for some creative consultancy. Not even kidding.

im always changing my opinion on virgil, he makes some very sexy dresses for women and has a point in his designs. but also which skater will ever buy those boards or shoes?
but he makes skateboarders by selling those product look less like some wieid unreasonable nerds destoying property for people outside of the bubble.
i know it seems CRAAAAAAZY WTF BROOOO to yall but its pretty resonable to not spend your life with skating and be angry on people fucking your house up just for a 3 second instagram clip forgotten tomorrow.
pros deserve to get big paychecks and have some model girlfriends.
