He posted a clip in his story. I’m assuming it’s recent. If so, looks like he hasn’t lost anything. Super clean. I hope he doesn’t get injured again and films more.
-
looks old given the lack of hat
-
Looks like an old clip. He looks younger and skinnier, and has been dealing with a bunch of injuries. He posts old clips on his story from time to time but doesn’t write a caption or say that they’re old.
Seems like it’s just pics of fancy egg sandwiches, golf, and inspirational morning walks from now on, unfortunately. But at least it’s physical/mental health related stuff and not some Mikey Taylor business guru BS.

Literally any Insta is better than Mikey Taylor.
Except maybe CajDane Vaughn

What product has he been riding, hasn't been seen in eS for years?
eS traded their entire team for a podcaster and some kid named Lil Shitty.

Nikes. Scuba’s been hooking him and Jeron up and they do unboxings on the 9 club. Expand Quote

True but I also collect a check for doing even less so I won’t complain.

Eldy footage...hasn't existed since Hot Chocolate back in 2004
Eldy had enough footage for a full part in Pretty Sweet that was actually really good. Ty just didn’t want to feature the older guys so he turned it into a montage.

does anyone know where to find the clip of eldy crying on sesh due to being picked on (by reda, I believe)?

I thought about this the other day - imagine having your part curbed so Jack Black can run through a park naked

Thought the same and I've seen some episodes of the Nine Club. Just don't care about their other show as much, which he is in. I remember him as the dude who popped his finger back into place in Yeah Right.
-
Eldy's had a tonne of footage the last few years.
Could put together an 8 hour part with all his nine club clips

Posting clearly old footage on your story is kind of weird.

Can someone create a list of every girl or choco rider ever? No particular order. No flow trash. Cant be that many. I might later if nobody else does.

I mean Pretty Sweet came out like 9 years ago. What injuries has he been dealing with for 9 years (I genuinely don’t know)? And seeing that he’s aging and not producing content, why not bow out gracefully and open up a spot for someone actually skating?
I watch the nine club but Eldy generally is my least favorite person on the show especially after his weird ass take about how filmers should accept not being properly compensated since it’s all for the love. That completely soured my opinion of him.
-
def not top 50. put him ahead of stevie perez, the man child guy and brophy but that isn't saying much at all

i know this isn’t necessarily the right thread, but i must ask, do you think hakeem knew something was going on at craig? he dipped moments before the house of cards came tumbling down on the whole thing

Yonnie is obviously a POS but lol at putting him last, whether or not he’s a good person is not relevant to how hard that mofo rips. Same with manchild, personality-wise likely dead last at Crail, but skill-wise dude is very fucking good.

guys like gino, eldy, jeron etc can get exposed for not having footage nowdays, but kids need to understand back in the day things were different, their carreers were not "milking it" type of carreers, is just how the time was, if you were """dope""" """fresh""" you could get away with stuff
I prefer rare footage people like eldy, jeron, pj etc, than any tryhard jock skater that post everyday clips on skateparks etc, talk what you want about eldy, but his footage on a skateboard is pure art.

That's a bit of stretch to say that but Eldy is exceptional too, especially was early in his career. He was doing a lot nollie / switch stuff on rails that wasn't really done at the time. I've definitely always enjoyed watching him skate.

I feel like Ben Sanchez deserves more respect. He had one of my favorite parts in mouse:

I had never watched Las Nueve Vidas De Paco until recently and he had a good part in that too

My favorite parts in any craig video are Mike York in yeah right and Guy Mariano in Mouse
-
Putting any of the Trunk BoIz in that top 50 is a hot take all its own, what a terrible shift in that era
Eldridge had a crazy intro part in yeah right, he came out of nowhere and had a transworld (?) interview with like 8 pages of those switch flip-in rail tricks. One of the last Craig riders who actually fit the team for sure.

no, just 3 first names I thought, about skaters who can skate but clearly never cared about exposure, I used them as example cuz they clearly skated for years without putting anything out, but they were clearly skating.

Yeah except the #1 problem with gregtrap is that they didnt adjust their whole deal to modern times in any meaningful way. Story old as time, because skateboarders are generally speaking close-minded and stubborn as fuck. Just wait, FA and Hockey are going to be corny has-beens to the Zeitgeist eventually too.

It should have been used, and Ty messed up Pretty Sweet in multiple ways (the only parts from that I re-watch are Cory's and MJ's) but let's not act like Rickk and Mike didn't have the final say. If they wanted the Eldy footage in it, they would have used it.
I think the knock-on it at the time was like 85% of it was from one or two China trips, whereas the younger guys grinded it out on multiple trips from Central America, Europe and Asia.

His eSpecial part is the best thing he's ever put out if not just as good as his yeah right part. Doesn't get the recognition it deserves. His Pretty Sweet part was good and continues to age very well.
