What the movie didn’t explain that the book did is that frog dna doesn’t establish a gender until much later on than usual, which is how they discovered hatched eggs inside the park

i'm 33 and i have to go around with a cane b.c i have extreme pain trying to stand up from sitting or laying without it. but i dont necessarily need it to walk and i can skate too because once im standing up and moving around im good. but if i sit down somewhere im fucked unless i have it or someone to help me. maybe that happened to him. count your blessing it can happen to you too.

That sounds tough, man. Sorry that has happened to you at such a young age. I bought a retractable cane and used it for a period after injuring my leg...but having to rely on a cane permanently sounds very unpleasant. Hope you find a way to relieve yourself of the pain.
