Title: Indy/lien/mute/slob to fakie on vert
Post by: Mean salto on November 18, 2021, 11:18:30 AM
Ok hopefully this won't take long but if on vert you were to Indy or mute to fakie over a channel which way would you go?
Do you air backside but drift frontside or air frontside over the channel but you're rotating kinda backside?

Blindside

So drifting frontside on the approach but turning slightly backside.

I've never liked calling Indy to fakie Indy's. For the others backside to floater is the easy way to go so F&F is right

My non vert skating mind would answer going backside and face were you're landing, but I assume going frontside kinda pulls you back in if you know what you're doing, like it leaves more space to push your front foot forward while your body remains sideways. For some reason I think mute would be the opposite.
