burger she wrote is really good. only downside for me personally it’s pretty small cuz the hawaiian bun makes it more like a slider size than the traditional sized burger. still worth it tho the wagyu texture is so crispy.
i want to try more skater owned food spots.

Also, I think his burger pop up bar is in Texas, so it not being vegan is probably for the best. Though the tags look like it's in Austin, so a vegan option wouldn't be the worst idea.

My lady made some big ol turkey burgers last night. Usually not a huge fan of turkey for burgers, or at least, i much prefer beef, but these were pretty good. I had a leftover double decker turkey burger for lunch, looked like a got dang krabby patty, Thanks babe. Also, neens heelflips are overrated.

A smash burger is a style of burger - a seasoned ground beef patty smashed thin so that it's crispy. Then it's usually dressed simply - soft bun, grilled onions, pickles, mayo (or spread), and a slice of cheese.
I like it versus some crazy loaded burgers with onion rings, hella mushrooms, egg, etc.
For me, the simpler the burger, the better.

Problem is that a simple burger has to be well made from good ingredients. Sadly the places I usually dine at, more onion rings and mayo = better taste

Even in my small village we have 4 places you can get a proper burger. Most easy fast food business.
I just look at it as a business decision for a life after skateboarding - which is good for Neen because I care about his cooking skills as much as about his heelfip.
Moving to Austin sounds also like a smart move - cheaper then LA and as I remember a nice city.
May not the most interesting Skateboarder - but also not the dumbest.

At my local supermarket this summer, for a week straight, they had a huge barrel grill where they would cook up burgers and hot dogs for charity. I ended needing to go multiple times during the week and multiple times got a burger and a dog. If i remember right, you could get a soda and chips to complete the meal for $5. These are the culinary experiences i seek.

I stumbled across this chef's YouTube page a while back and my first introduction to him was making this late night smash burger. It made me so damn hungry watching it. He has some great late night snack videos he preps with a GoPro on and explains some great cooking insight. This doesn't have much to do with Been other than saying I love Kenji's videos.

He has some great late night snack videos he preps with a GoPro on and explains some great cooking insight. This doesn't have much to do with Been other than saying I love Kenji's videos.
