Best switch front heel ever done imo, for sure.
I've brought it up before, but he pretty much switch tre flipped the Love Park gap and no one really talks about that.
Kind of feels like these are his prime years, but we're not seeing too much of him as said years pass.

Oh no way. Man he’s underrated. I remember that vid where he did a million switch tre flips in a line. Anyway this is about Durao, OP will probably start yelling at me if I detract from the subject and they’ll probably use curse words as they’re yelling at me.

Watching his videos from some years ago, skating in the Berrics, LA,... He seemed pretty cookie cutter.
I first noticed him when he started appearing on some of Johnny Wilson videos, doing some crazy tricks. The switch tre at D7 in "rack" comes to mind.
Then he grew his hair and his style become so laid back but casually doing the most ridiculous stuff.
To me he gives the local legend, extremely talented, not really ambitious - go getter in the skate industy. Not very driven to film, travel, work the game. Probably why he has had those board sponsors.
One of my favorite skaters for sure.

Agree with everything said above. He is one of the best and even if skate mental is a wack brand(with a really good team) if it allows him to just kinda do things his way that’s good enough. As someone above mentioned he embodies that laid back don’t really care overly talented with little drive guy at least when it comes to the industry which is actually pretty damn refreshing. Hardbody part and raw clips were :o

I was there when he was trying the switch tre the love gap, it was madness, and freezing. I didn’t actually witness his closest make but I watched him huck it a bunch of times. Diego najera was trying nollie tre alongside him and I don’t believe he actually stuck any but it was wild just watching all that. It was so cold and there were numerous little bonfires around love just to keep people warm. Nuts.
