Antihero you know the right thing to do here

i pray to christmas jesus that this means a new full GT part

Wouldn't have picked Anti- Hero as Coolio fans. still, Can-o-Corn may have been a more appropriate song given the tents and all.

Praying for a Julien clip

Do they have a main filmer/editor? I don't think this is another Six Stair thing.
I think they also introduce Gus and this kid named Shay as well.

Fuck yes they have been laying low for a while, hopefully Austin and Daan have been stacking.
Frank clips please

Stoked for this. Heard there’s a GT part and some crazy stuff Frank did. Finn Pope should be featured in this too

So what's the deal, anyone see it?

All I want for Christmas is this!

I hope they put this up somewhere soon. I'm barely scraping by this Christmas and it would be nice to have some new AH footage (for free)

That Frank, Austin, Gus part was incredible. Frank is damn near in his prime. Only 2 Nick Matthews tricks confuses me. Finn's stuff was really neat.

that was cool, i was hoping for a bit more though. cool to see nick matthews on but i wish he had a lot more footage, i was waiting the whole time thinking he would have last part. frank killed it. grant skating to gary numan was a treat.

Co-signed that part with Siouxie ruled!
Frank is pushing 50 and still killing it, same with Hewitt.

subjectivity is a thing blah blah I know that, but man I really wasn't feeling this version of space oddity, yet another part played on mute, shame.
I really liked the song that starts at around 16 mins though,"into the light", really chill, which made it feel like a polar or element vid but still cool.
-
Gt goddamn. Amazing start to the video which I really liked all around. Daans nollie flip super spin on the qp was cool. Pfanner killed, but every time he skates I can’t relax until I see him do a huge front 180. Who was the crazy eyed drunk guy? Doobies smith over the can was sick. Gerwer still crushing it’s kind of incredible. The young goofy foot guy was sick, gap to back nosegrind on that skinny ride on thing was wild. All around great video
-
Fuck yeah. Not only did I get four grimple stix's decks for Christmas yesterday but today now a new AH full length! Saving this for the telly!

There should be no complaints about adding 3 new riders regardless of the amount of footage. AH videos are not always massive SOTY "banger" parts, but the team could benefit from some new blood and diversity of skating and they're getting that. I thought by now Daan would have brought that but hasn't and I haven't been super excited about the team in a while aside from the obvious stalwarts like Pfanner and GT.
-
So good, loved it. Great to see Grosso's kid getting a clip! Hopefully Nick puts out a full welcome part.

Loved the street montages in the middle and the doobie part. Some of those likes were wild.

Was kinda surprised they re used that song, I used to watch that blender part all the time. I liked how there was gt footage throughout the whole video. Daan still rips, doobie is starting to win me over a little bit ( that 5-0 fakie on the tight bank to wall was nuts), needed more nick matthews clips, tony Trujillo is starting to show his age, the new guys are ok but kinda meh, gerwer and Hewitt are still ripping unexpectedly. Oh and julien’s nose blunt was rad

could you do anything more to unpack what you would like the room to understand about this article and/or quote? how do you believe it should impact our perceptions of this new AH video? fuck man, i feel like i really love this video--after watching it a third time, especially that montage edited to Siouxsie...and now i'm worried that this make me a bad person...

Anyone complaining about that has rocks in their head. Such an incredible video. Only critique is that there was no Div Adams.
-
Wow gt is fucking insane, a couple frontside airs left me gasping.
Video of the year :P editing and filming and music
Daan Austin phanner everyone delivered. That pool section was mental, 10 ft square pool inverts, Hewitt corner airs.
I love seeing tnt blast tranny, plus that early grab out of the long grind was huge and actually looked clean, one of my favorite tricks on the vid
Everythings 100% creativity or 100% spontaneous - so good
-
Pfanner kf 10 flat 10 from recent contents page. Where is it??
-
No one gonna mention how good of a golf swing daan has
-
That Gus dude.. He showed up at this yearly contest at this DIY thats 5 min from my house in Sweden. Did some cool stuff, took me a while to connect them as the same dude. He also had 2 tricks in this video from the local concrete park. Pretty random. Think he showed up with the Sourdudes. Didnt know he was on AH.
Heres the contests, pretty wild. Gus is doing abs lip on a flatbar with a kink on the end.
https://www.instagram.com/reel/Cg3wshYoF6F/?hl=en
-
That was buck but also like a blast from the past, felt like I was watching Cash Money Vagrant for the first time.
-
I thought Gus skated street a bit more or is he a pool dude? I'm glad Nick Matthews has a board sponsor, but he seems like the most random pick up and I can't imagine him dropping parts like his Venture and Uprise part in an AH video or really fitting in with their vibe. Daan and Pfanner skate transition a bit.
-
pretty bad tbh...anti hero is perhaps the most overrated brand, its pretty much volcom skateboards
Tell us what brands you prefer im dying to hear this.
This video is sick as are all of their videos. I love that they focus on vibe over hammer/hammer/hammer. Also, being able to get footage on trips says so much about how good someone is-which is basically this entire team.
-
that new boul who had all those pnw clips is soooooo sick

I don't grasp pool gnar cuz I suck at transition, but zoom out and it is a pretty damn well rounded team and refreshing amount of spots you haven't seen before. I like the veteran wildcards that pop in for a visit and that they're not trying to engage in mega epic or SOTY run shenanigans as a team. It's the opposite of Define, which was great, but different. It's easy to just hate on things rather than trying to appreciate the massive amount of good footage we get from teams these days.
Plus how can you not like GT?!?!? Again, I don't understand pool skating but he's like 8 feet out of the coping then the next clip blasting over something on the street at Mach 10.
-
Co-signed that part with Siouxie ruled!
Frank is pushing 50 and still killing it, same with Hewitt.
Came here to say this, that part was so well put together. Frank footage is special.
All I can really add - starting off with GT set the tone and Pfanner's huge fakie ollie into that bank really stood out. I like this formula of videos they have going, it works amongst all the other footage we're constantly hit with.
-
Goddamn. Hard to go wrong with street GT. That one Julien clip was pure gold. I'm stoked on all the new dudes except Doobie who comes across as super annoying.
-
Love to see it
Merry Christmas
-
Such a good vid. Could've watched another 30 minutes of that easily
honestly I could just do without the whole euro contingent of this team, including Daan and especially Doobie. They don't seem connected to 18 at all to me, just seems like some sort of Volcom/Vans/AH package deal that Pfanner is rigging up. makes very little sense
-
why all the Doobie hate? first time watching him skate but i thought he was pretty sick.
-
But can Nick Matthews skate pools?
Ain’t no pools in Chicago
FR though, I’m really hoping for a pro part after his Am Scramble stuff comes out.

K I love BA a lot, but those four tricks are literally the only four tricks he does anymore. I don’t need anything fancy from him, but the No comply tailslide/wallie/bs 180 impossible are verging on parody. 3 flip was really pretty. I’ll leave it alone

not bad, but as someone else said i do not understand the european thing and if those three guys were not on anti hero i wouldnt miss them. i'm going to watch it a few times and hope it can get me fired up, right now it's not really hitting the spot

Really liked the whole thing. Had a real feel good vibe to it. I guess I’m in the minority liking doobie but he had some really sick footage in this. Frank really coming through with some great footage. I like Ted and Gus’ stuff too. Gus reminds me a lot of cardiel.
-
Franks front board pop over was a real beauty. Love the new guys Gus, Ted, and obviously Nick Matthews glad he's finally found a home. Cool to see a Lance clip crazy at his age he's still able and willing to go upside down in a pool, gets me sysched. I mean Austin, Grant, Dann, Gus, Ted, and Nick AH is in good hands moving forward.
-
Enjoyed this. I didn't really enjoy seeing doobie in other vids before, but I get it now.
If Polar cut about 20 minutes of fluff that slowed down the first part of their video, it might have been as impactful as this one from AH.

Gus is perfect on Anti-Hero, I think it’s also great for Nick Matthew to be on DLX (where he will get paid) and he’ll stick out / make a bigger impact on Anti-Hero compared to if he got put on Real or Krooked.
Gerwer and Kanfoush have no need to still be going that crazy, very surprising stuff.

Definitely the one with the highest rewatch value
-
This had some great music/editing, and some very serious skating from dudes I no longer thought were skating seriously. I still find Doobie insufferable but his skating is getting pretty undeniable.
-
Most people I guess know Gus from Bronze videos, when he showed up wrangling the boys through Texas, a rodeo ready Brad Cromer or Alltimers style shorter stockier white boy. Gus had the energy, tricks and bounce to make a fast impression in the crowded cattle call of contemporary amateur skating. I watched the newest Bronze video last month at Nate’s crib with Nate and SP and we were all talking about Gus’s footage. When word of Anti-Hero’s Fantastic Voyage popped up, most early commentary featured Gus’s name. As Anti-Hero is one of skateboarding’s most enduring and iconic heritage brands, with a team I can name off the top of my head in full, it’s great news that Gus picked up this Deluxe sponsorship. Was he riding deadstock Jamica boards before this? I wake up on Mountain time to embark on this voyage with a few hits off the Alien Lab Creme de Menthe vape while my girlfriend makes coffee upstairs:
The tried and true way to run a skate company seems to be having a 12 passenger van and driving around America (why I see Limosine having longevity.) Gerwer and Hewitt have been doing this for all of adult lives well into middle age. Cardiel has gone through hell, finding heaven here in horseshoe tossing. GT and Pfanner are approaching Eagle stamped decades each and Fantastic Voyage’s first half could take place at any point in the past 10 years, with Tent City lifestyle shots as guidebook to living off the grid, Godspeed you Black Emperor post apocalyptic detritus surfing random acts of architecture through the American West and Europe, making beer chute from tree bark, carving through time against quantum agenda’s grain, still fighting the Reagan introduced capitalistic deification that remains the poisoned rotting root of so much un necessary suffering captured in documentary crossfire. Daan remains on team post cancellation, prompting consideration of Anti-Hero as archetype. Daan and BA share consecutive clips which suggests that the brand handled necessary re-education in shop. TNT, Schaff and Stranger contribute, Robbie Russo is a mustachioed man now, Peabody is as red faced, concrete dusted and bright eyed as ever. Who knows what truly lurks behind the grainy silver screen, but I am happy to accept the premise of this commercial product skate family presented here, as a blonde side parted dude who reminds me of Marius Sylvanien / John Fitzgerald gets heavy across a neglected brick park’s fountaintop drop and serves as segue to new faces.
Here at halfway we see Gus’s smirking mug as he lines up a bump to bench, lassoing coverage above advertising, “If you smoked when monitors were all monochrome, get your lungs screened now.” Nick Matthews appears in Eagle hat to notch a clip on the spot too. “Wassup playa?” asks barrel-chested Gus in a button-up to a security guard who knows when he’s out of his realm of control, eliciting a chuckle from filmer. Atop a pointed pink painted ledge, Gus stabs a back 5-0 as my girlfriend walks in with coffee. I savor first sip as he holds blade balanced back truck down for 5 real long seconds off the edge end, indelibly scratching himself into our souls and onto this 1-8 roster. “That’s Gus,” I say with levity. Gerwer gets Gus’s back with a lengthy back blunt popped out of same ledge, which really emphasizes how much longer Gus’s back 5-0 was, as Frank still has time to dodge the telephone pole and set up for sidewalk gap ollie and you know new signee Nick is ready to get buck at every spot. He now back tails top of pink ledge and sets up to backside flip side walk gap. Gus levels up the spot so heavy that he brings out the best in others, first time in the van proving indispensable. Kanfoush and yinz gitz some at Ryan Bobier Balboa street rail while Elissa looks on in approval.
Harsh barging continues gangway, but now that I’ve had a taste I’m just looking for more Gus. He reappears at new Union Square with an everything’s longer when you’re from Texas back tail, 360 flip because he can in loose denim, navigate through to the park exit for gap to back 5050 into the light. Maybe it’s not Gus or Kanfoush who does steezy 360 flip up curb then kickflips stair set into hill bomb. No titles is the truest way to experience a skate video; we are the spectator puzzle piecing together this post-grunge pre-artifact asking how well can we truly identify our anti-heroes floating atop a sea of art bros, then Here’s unmistakeable Gus in dust caked patterned button up going bug eyed hyping himself to roll away off this drop after he gymnast twists his way out of a neck high slam. He holds a leafy branch while noseblunting a sideways refrigerator to fakie drop roll away switch as the squad unleashes bellows of approval while rising from their seats. “Works every time” regarding his herbal supplement sticking tongue out happy.
Here now Gus follows GT’s lead in a transitioned ditch like the ones he grew up ripping in Texas, switch wallie front 5050 stand on top against chainlink, pop out with dazed Shrek face. After more impressive Gerwer maneuvering, Gus pops up again, blasting a backside air double tweaked grab over, beyond and into multiple transitions on Grant Taylor / Alan Peterson level. He grabs a back nosegrind in on a crusty DIY bank to infrastructure wall to bank. He wallies off a bank over a perpendicular Jersey Barrier to back nosegrind revert out a parallel Jersey barrier, maybe Kosciuszko Bridge adjacent in Anti-Hero green tee, then speedometer blast out of a walkway for varial heel over sidewalk into street. He backside powerslides for control down a multi-trick line through downhill switchbacks more crooked than Lombard Street filmed overhead, real Rhinestone Cowboy making a hit on Anti-Hero’s home turf shit. Gus switch drops in a quarterpipe bannister then puts his chin in to work for a front porch gap to front 5050 grind. He crouches his mouth down by a car wheel like a maniac as the tire runs over a can of beer and explodes the golden nectar all over Gus’s waiting face.
In a camo tee on skatepark transition Gus blasts out to backtail along a big ledge block above the coping to pop back in, a reenactment of the trick he did on a ditch bank to ledge in the first Bronze coverage I saw of him. Skatepark legend Gus stands tall on front 5-0 before dovetail diving double waterfall drop. A pigeon literally powersliding is the Anti-Hero caliber B-Roll that nobody else does, and Gus rolls away with adrenaline busting out of his eyeballs like the boy in the classroom with the forehead vein meme who absolutely cannot wait a second longer to tell us something before exploding. Kanfoush sends it full family man toward ending this section of Gerwer mentored new talent.
For Gus’s ender, Gus plays the straight man to Frank dressed as a Minion, powering on Frank’s corded device, prompting Frank sing Laura Branigan’s “Gloria” through vintage keyboard yellowed as old urethane dictation, so Frank responds to command and sings Gloria until Gus backspaces the machine into simulation glitching, cut to Gus blasting an air to grab and fully extend an alley oop invert atop a chain link fence back in, speedball Speed Demon Spitfire style, compelling Minion Frank to “Dance,” hereby announcing the Grimple Stix head trip advert, followed by tropical Hellriding, then Pfanner and Doobie closing things out. I look forward to Gus enjoying as never-ending of a Fantastic Voyages on Anti-Hero as he wishes, as many of his welcoming teammates here have shown possible.

What coud I ask more for Christmas?
Christmas Cardiel and Santa Stranger making my wishes come true.

Someone needs to tell Daan that he doesn’t need to wear every piece of clothing from his Nike boxes
-
Anyone noticed that all TNT clips are him and filmer only? Seems like he does not skate with the team.
Daan clothes are the same as Luan. Nike needs to make more diferent clothes.

Uuh, like just today Hewitt posted a bail clip of that 5050 to tail on his instagram and there was another clip from Frank from the same session…

Yeah, he posts a decent amount of skate related stuff in his instagram stories but rarely with other AH riders. I don't think he lives in SF anymore and I kinda remember seeing a clip where he said something that implied he disagreed with the politics of SF so maybe that's why he doesn't skate with that crew very much anymore.
-
Pretty sure tnt lives in Santa Rosa, a lil ways north of the City. He was frequently at a local park with his kid when I lived there (it's also his hometown).
A few of these older dudes have families and other shit going on, so it's not really surprising that they aren't constantly skating together and on the road like they used to be.

Frank is the shit. GT still killing it. Daan is super talented, I just wish he'd skate to his full potential. That Doobie dude is gnarly but I wouldn't wanna hang out with him. I'm not a huge AH fan but I enjoyed the video. Even Trujillo's clips were dope even though I can't stand the dude.

fax first, been a long time lurker
this video broke me outta that
saw an early premier and was tough to hold my tongue with t-rex arms
all the new blood and old flames did not disappoint
as a semi-mandatory consumer of most skrateboard output, this is one of the most re-watchable videos in recent memory
cheers to all involved and Mack specifically for a killer perspective on an elusive crew

Personally,
I though Doobie had a sick ass hammer at the end of his part. Looks like a cool dude to sink back beers with and smoke a joint and get up to do some silly shit.
I wonder how he fits among The Antihero image maybe he might be more suited for euro based Sour skateboards Or is he a perfect match for the 18 - maybe 18 always needed a sneaky joint hogging Frenchman to diversify their Team riders
-
Grant has the best style on a board, he is one with his board and his terrain, nobody else looks like that
Finn Pope is a really good adition, not a lot of people mention him. The gap to bs nosegrind was really cool.
Wasnt a big fan of doobie, this part was really good i have to admit.
Overall super good watch, will watch again and again

well done.
could you do anything more to unpack what you would like the room to understand about this article and/or quote? how do you believe it should impact our perceptions of this new AH video? fuck man, i feel like i really love this video--after watching it a third time, especially that montage edited to Siouxsie...and now i'm worried that this make me a bad person...
exposing yourself and catcalling 14 year olds is deepest level of dantes inferno. Pretty wack they chill w this dude and put him in the video. I hope this shit is all a joke and it’s going over my head because why would they put that quote in the article in the first place?
Maybe the worst soundtrack in skateboarding history? I hated that TrIpPy editing bit so much. Ruined half a dozen clips.
GT makes skating pools look so easy. Chris P is the best as always. AH also has the best b roll of any company.
huh?

I thought this looked sketchy upon first viewing, but it looks better in the gif. It's somewhat amazing that you can still be considered a pro skater when you put out one clip a year of a trick most other pros can do. I love Stranger's skating, and I got just as excited as the next Slap poster when I walked past him on Piedmont St a few years back, but I also don't get it. He has one more skating clip than Cardiel, and Cardiel has an excuse.

I bet if you asked him what he did for work he wouldn't say 'I'm a professional skater'
-
Eh, I don't think anyone thinks of him as a contemporary pro, more of a legacy. Plus, he doesn't even seem to have a board in the latest AH drop.

one of the few times i went to SOMA i saw TNT skating with Gerwer. might have been 5 years ago tho.
I rewatched the doobie part. his skating is pretty sick imo. maybe a slight attention whore.

yes the nor-cal in me hates him but im trying to be more open minded these days.

Man he looks so old now though. He had such a good style 10 years ago. In a talkin' schmidt interview either Albino or Sean Gutierrez said he doesn't even skate anymore. Dude literally is out there workin like it's the 1920s

I read some interview about doobie That says he loves running around naked and ‘doing the helicopter’ with his dick. He’s like a French hyperactive Redfoo. Rad style. Personally for me, him and Tyson Peterson Are some of the most defining skaters of this current generation. Love to see those dudes skate together, for the hammers and the antics

This was such a cool video, didn't feel like a half hour video, it flowed really well and didn't feel like a slog to watch (which is normally the case with a lot of legacy brands).
Sick to see Gus on AH, I had no clue - loved his footy in the Bronze videos.

I think we have a forum of non-helicopterers trying to draw lines of acceptable behavior for a naked helicopterer. Once you cross that line, there’s no coming back.

Ok kids, typical old head moment here.
Julien stranger did what was potentially the first front board down a handrail. He also existed in the same era as Natas, Gonz, Vallely, Dressen, Templeton who were the foundation for street skating today.
Still actively on tours and skating hard unlike his counterparts who essentially threw in the towel years ago. That nose blunt is no joke for anyone, have a little respect.
Julien should have a pro board as long as he wants to. It’s earned and well deserved.
Ok back to berating doobie and pfanner.

I’m actually interested to get a grimple stix board - does anybody here know what they are like to skate. Good for skating both vert and street?
Grimple is just a joke basically. They're Anti Hero boards
Best for freestyle actually. And they have higher pop.
Shout Out Teddy Seeley
Sick as wanna get one to support Frank

Kinda crazy that we’re 7 pages into this thread and there has been no mention of Raney.

Grant and Frank in Wu tang tees but no Wu song in the video.
Grant dont seem the type of guy that listen Wu tang. Maybe, he liked the shirt graphic.
You can imagine how difficult it is to deal with WuTang to get the permission to use a song?
What do you think you need to look like to listen to Wu tang? I am sure Grant isn’t wearing a WuShirt without liking the Musik. How stupid you think he is?
WuTang 4ever!

What happened to Peabody? I caught a clip of his face but that’s it.
Builds skateparks for a living at Grindline I think.
I don't think he does skateparks anymore, just regular concrete.
Man he looks so old now though. He had such a good style 10 years ago. In a talkin' schmidt interview either Albino or Sean Gutierrez said he doesn't even skate anymore. Dude literally is out there workin like it's the 1920s
Construction work is no joke.

Word concerning Julien.
About Doobie, I imagine he can be annoying to have him around. But if you know the south France / Montpellier / gypsy scene - he is the anti hero version of that area / scene. Anti hero’s are different.
The norm there of sexuality/ showing genitals is different to the north cal lifestyle. Never seen so much pussy / dick per month then while being in southfrance.
Pfanner is just great!

K I love BA a lot, but those four tricks are literally the only four tricks he does anymore. I don’t need anything fancy from him, but the No comply tailslide/wallie/bs 180 impossible are verging on parody. 3 flip was really pretty. I’ll leave it alone
we can't say "we just want to see our favorite aging pros skate! it doesn't have to be impressive!" and complain when they do just that
BA said on instagram he is working on a new part! thats why!!

Few things in recent memory have aged more poorly than that ~00-05 obsession with 80s glam. I know some people who got caught up in that and I don't think a single one of them would admit it publicly. Every one those guys has a beard now and plays in a band which could be loosely termed "Americana".

Anti Hero does not fucking miss. All of their videos truly show the skateboarding spirit of travelling around with your friends and meeting new places, paired with unreal skating.
Loved Daan, GT, Julien's clip, Austin. Gus I feel is not getting the shine he deserves, his footage was bonkers! Loved them showing crazy personalities like Gus and Doobie, the skating I fell in love with was something that shows these kind of people and shows a story behind why they are so nuts on a board.Fuck it everyone was awesome.
Was about to retire my grimple egg but after watching this, it's really made stoked to be riding product made these guys. One of the videos of the year!
-
This might be my VOTY. Daan is back!!! Hope he is hyper productive, dude is an ATV goat. Last guy seems like he must get punched in the face a lot

Funny thing is, it also goes deeper than that in Trujillo's case.
Back in the early 00's, he was super down with Motley Crue. He was also riding for Vans, and Vans used a photo of him with Nikki Sixx in an ad or something.
Apparently Sixx caught wind of it, but didn't give Vans his permission to use the photo beforehand. So he sued them and I guess he won. After that, Trujillo was over Motley Crue, and when asked if Sixx was friend or foe in a Thrasher interview not long after that, he said "Definitely NOT a friend."

haha, bullseye. There's a guy in Sydney who was in a Motley Crue kinda band, long hair, cosplaying it to the nth degree, then transitioned into a big hat wearing, beard guy who runs a brewery. So fuckin' cornball.

Got around to watching it early this morning, pretty sick stuff. It didn’t get me as hyped to immediately go skate as Destination Unknown, but it had a similar energy. The Frank stuff was my favorite, Yoga must really be the secret to still skating street when you’re older.
Not sure what to make of the team though, I’m not familiar with anyone who got on after Daan. Reminds me of the Dipset/Lox Versus where each member of Dipset had their own entourage and before you knew it there were 70 people on stage even though only 3 dudes on Dipset were rapping. Feels like Anti Hero is now just a vague collective of Dickies and Carhartt wearers who all got priced out of living in San Francisco. Also nerd Trujillo is throwing me off.

I take back my earlier negative comments on this vid. After watching it a few times it's actually pretty fucken sick. Stoked to have new Trujillo footage. I still don't really get the euro-team element but Daan, Pfanner and Doobie are all hella sick and all seem like actual skateboarding anti-heroes so whatever, I'm down

What was the name of the fake Isle brand they did for the Euro riders back when they did that breakdown into a bunch of different brands?
Actually, besides Grimple, what were all the names?

I thought this looked sketchy upon first viewing, but it looks better in the gif. It's somewhat amazing that you can still be considered a pro skater when you put out one clip a year of a trick most other pros can do. I love Stranger's skating, and I got just as excited as the next Slap poster when I walked past him on Piedmont St a few years back, but I also don't get it. He has one more skating clip than Cardiel, and Cardiel has an excuse.
Very interesting way to show that you know nothing about Julien Stranger.

Where was the tropical place they travelled with the crusty parks? Did you see GT accelerate through that nose slide on the diy pool coping?

subjectivity is a thing blah blah I know that, but man I really wasn't feeling this version of space oddity, yet another part played on mute, shame.
I really liked the song that starts at around 16 mins though,"into the light", really chill, which made it feel like a polar or element vid but still cool.
I muted it as well, rest of the tracks were in point...it was the 'screaming/on purpose out of tune' shit that threw it off for me.
Frank.

Can someone compile all of Frank’s footage back to back?
Me? I have a job and kids.

The ollie into the bank doobie does in 28:18 is so fucked, it's in Moncloa Madrid and that's definitely an NBD. The spot is really hard to skate and the bank that he lands into has a bunch of slabs missing so you can only land in one bit plus they're steeper than they look

And why do people hate the Doobie guy? Seemed pretty sick.

I know at least some of it was PR, specifically the clip of Raney lipslide transfer(23:00) on the sprinkle painted looking hip to bank wall at Puntas Las Marias that is hecka slippery. He also had a disaster photo in the mag on the same lil bowl section disaster on a steep qp with straight up 3-5 inches of staggered rusted rebar as the deck.
