Never thought I'd be watching Suciu & Curren Caples in JA, stoked to see some spots and a skate scene budding on the island. Couldn't help but notice that it was kind of a bold move for Evan Mock to be rocking painted nails out there, saying that as a Jamaican who unfortunately knows how culturally homophobic we can be.

While I am amazed at Donta’s giraffe like height, I agree.
Suciu looked like he was afraid to get dirty.
Should have just stuck with Curren, Julian and Evan.

I enjoyed that. Would have been good to see a bit more of the locals skating/hanging out.

Curren absolutely rips. Would have been cool to see spanky in there. But man I like Dontas skating. it’s cool seeing a tall dude skate and it’s harder for tall dudes to look graceful. And I think given dontas height he’s pretty smooth. BA looks smooth too. Kevin white not so much but I got a soft spot for tall dudes that’s skate. Chandler burton tall?

curren rips. nollie crook was so sick. really solid footage from him - didn't know he had a manual game but was pleasantly surprised. all looks too easy for that dude.
i thought it was interesting evan mock wore a prada hat and not a single piece of rvca gear.

Hes kept all of his sponsors besides Baker since he's been on the scene.

Spending the last decade only dropping the occasional sick footage, surfing, modelling, partying with celebrities and dating their daughters… gotta say if I could trade lives with any pro Curren would be up there.

Oh you're right. Could have sworn he was in RVCA ts when he was on baker but that could just be him on homie flow I guess.

He was probably training as a boxer at RVCA at the time. I think its actually pretty cool that he can promote their skate side and fighting side at the same time while also being on adidas skate team and boxing under them too.
