Title: RIP Spencer Cartmell

Found out a fellow North Carolinian who made their way out to SF recently passed away. I met him skating SOMA the first week he was out here and he immediately joined in on the hill bombing mission into the heart of downtown.

You could tell he was stoked to just be out in SF, living it up in one of the gnarliest cities for skateboarding.

I hadn't seen him a few months, but the last few times I saw him he was usually recovering from an injury. He nearly switch tre flipped the Lincoln High set and had mentioned wanting to go back to give it another go:
