my trucks keep coming pretty loose..its not the bushings cause i just got new ones

How about tightening the kingpin nut?

The new indy lows come with pretty hard bushings. You can swap them out for something softer - bones are the best way to go. The other thing you can do if you're riding loose trucks is flip the nut over and put it on upside down. The little rubber piece on the nut is what locks it on the kingpin - and if you're not on that far it's useless.
