Title: Looking for Cover - Aussie Brick Street Transition
Post by: happenstance on April 30, 2023, 05:46:10 PM
Hi all, there's this photo burned in my brain, and I'd really like to see this cover again. It was some rolling brick bumps, in 2 offset rows. At the top of each hump was a huge U shape, also brick. It's a wild looking street spot.

Feel like it was Duncombe on the cover of Slam, but I'm not finding it. Bonus and infinite gnars if you have any other coverage there to share. Thanks all.

I think the Duncombe cover is a kickflip for skate journal (unless he had two covers at same spot but then you would of found it)

You are a sweet, sweet person. Thanks. Wild spot.

So does anyone have info out there?

The spot is at Sovereign Hill in Ballarat. It's an old timey pioneer village type place.

Not sure re the Jake Duncombe clip but some other pretty crazy stuff has gone down there including a wild Rick McCrank trick that I can't quite remember

Awesome, thanks! I actually got some tips on a few clips. But can’t find this elusive McCrank clip. All good. Mission accomplished. Cheers!
