super sick mini ramp skater, but eric sanderson, ummm. alfonso rawls more likely deserves the title of best or second best mini ramp skater though.

Props to Chad for not only killing it on board, but also for being one of the workhorses that helped to build our Dreamland park. Dude's sick, and he can definitely take his mini skills up to more gnarly concrete terrain as well.

Ben Moore needs more beer stolen from him.  One day I asked someone if they knew him and they referred to him as "goonface".  It made me laugh.

I remember reading somewhere that this Congillerie guy once pissed his pants mid-axel stall during a contest run. I thought that was funny.

Todd Congeliere (sp) had some awesome coping dancing in Right To Skate, even if it was just a piss take.

Hey, do I know you?
Has your ankle ever made a guest appearance in 411?

I agree with the "fuck that"!

I grew up in the town next to Penny and so saw him quite a bit when he was young (there weren't so many skaters back then so everyone knew each-other) - he seemed a lot better at ramp than he was at street back then.. and was pretty much the sickest mini skater I have ever seen. I remember when pressure flips first came out, we were pissing about doing them on flat then went to the Oxford ramp: Tom just started doing them to everything: pressure flip to blunt noseslap, all in one motion etc - it was pretty supernatural! I can't comment on anyone else, but can definitely endorse the Penny legend - it's not built on hype but rather on people being blown away when they saw him skate - his footage just doesn't capture his trick variety and spontenaiety - though everyone can see how smooth and stylish he skated.

Chad V is a wild motherfucker. I've seen him reach into a bonfire and pull out flaming logs with his bare hands. I know that sounds like some Bill Brasky shit, but he is a bit crazy.
