im editing a bank robbery scene for school and am stumped for a song. I know you cant see the footage or anything, but if anyone has an idea, let me hear it
-
i thought that song fowler used in art bars(filthy rich by the outsiders) would work perfectly for a bank robbery and the getaway

You could use some of the sounds from the movie Dirty Mary,Crazy Larry......the movie came in 1974 and starred Peter Fonda.......good luck finding the soundtrack though......I've seen dubbed copies of that movie on e-bay going for over a 100 bucks before.....
or you could use..
Dead Moon-Poor Born

lets plan a robbery - three 6 mafia

I don't have any suggestions for specific songs, but you should use a really happy song, something people wouldn't expect for a bank robbery scene. If you edit it right, the contrast between the song and the scene could be pretty neat.

What kind of tone does the scene have? if you can answer that, I dunno.
Air - Dead Bodies seems like a song that lends itself to that kind of scene. If you can avoid being reminded of the Bag of Suck intro. Or was that used in Virgin Suicides, too ?

Gimme the Loot - Biggie Smalls HAHA
-
the benny hill theme song.
