El Vortex is awesome. I seen him in the KotR video and I was instantly stoked on his masked-wrestler persona and mini-ramp skills. Love that dude.

umm the only video of him skating that ive seen is on Elementality volume two during the fishtales skit
if you have itunes subscribe to the element podcast and download Elementality Volume 2 ( it's the longest video by element they have to download) or you can download Fishtales
I recomend downloading Elementality V.2 because theres more skating, just skip over Mike V's part.... El Vortex appears at 6:55 mark
he's the guy skating in a mexican luchadore get up

He's not from the fort, he is from a place deep in every man's soul. a place mere mortals fear to go.
AKA boulder.

Check out almost any Meta Skateboards video.  I think he's had a part in every one so far although I haven't seen the newest release.

El Vortex needs to do more wrestle-grams.

stevedave and brujochingon, we have to all know each other.
The Rack was my second home on the Hill.  It sucked when the place got blown out but not paying for drinks always kept me going back.  That and all my breaks from Deli Zone to have a shot.

They all left...In Boulder you get old and everybody stays the same age.

I just got fat and stayed.

hahaha.  This is so rad.  Real life friends encountering their online personas.
I know the loop is complete because I took those Burnside photos.  And anyone that refers to DZ workers as legends was either right beside me working or reaping the benefits of my drunk ass working there.

As for not being in Boulder... 5 years was enough for me.  I had a great time visiting in October though.  Chris might not be at the Rack anymore but at least he's still slinging at Pete's.

brujochingon no good guess either.

haha this really made my day sitting at work with nothing to do.
