Uhh... I have a 7.75 Girl deck with regular Independents (not lows) and 50mm wheels.
Are my wheels too small for the trucks? Would it be worth it to get 53-ish wheels?
I skate mostly street.

What ever works for you. But I don't know how you're cruising around in the streets with 50s. I rock nothing but 55s.

Just by what you've told me I can guarantee your hardware is way too heavy for your setup.
Get the new airbolts ,its like having no hardware at all.

I was only wondering because I skated Venture lows with 50-51s for the last 4 years... just switched to high trucks (Indys) and I wasn't sure if small wheels would still be optimal... sorry.
But hey, at least I brought some laughs to the forum, even if it was at the expense of making myself look like a fucktard!

The jist of it is that nobody can really tell you what's optimal for you. If you like the way your setup feels then it's correct.
