Title: Best trick Welcome to Hell
Post by: El Beno on December 21, 2005, 02:04:04 PM
Before J.T.s part in welcome to hell, theres a short section at a best trick contest where he does a bs 50 50, but who does the lip slide, who ollies the gap, and who grinds the kinked ledge?

I have no idea. I haven't seen that video in years.

gershon mosley lipslides the rail and i think kareem cambell ollies the gap.

I think 5050 the kinked ledge was Ed Templeton (or maybe Geoff Rowley?). Lipslide was definitely Gershon.

It was the first x games, I don't recall Ed grinding the ledge, only Kareem's ollie and Gershon's lipslide, with two different shoes...

Wait, so was it Ed Templeton who did the 5050? Also, there is two friends sections in the video and that question seems a bit ridiculous.

I always thought it was blind, too. Probably 'cause the dumb wench read her cue card wrong and said "blind" instead of "grind".

Wrap up the title. Ha!
Wow.

I'd have some sense of pride knowing that my father was responsible for putting together some of the sickest teams in the history of skateboarding and helping put out some of the most groundbreaking videos on top of that.  Mike Ternasky was so instrumental.  Can anyone remember the credit he got from the Lovechild video?  I think he helped edit, but my copy isn't with me.

yup, came second to Rodil Jr.  and shot his board into the water after his last run.  Was that Tony's last ever street contest entry?

heh, I have no idea why I would read that and remember it, but I think he continued to enter the street comp. of the x games until the late 90s. someone correct me if I'm wrong on this!

aside from all of maldonado's ollies, how about thomas lipsliding that car? or all his car-skating for that matter?
