anyone else looking forward to this? gonna be getting it tuesday from amazon, but probably won't get to play it that much thanks to school. i'll be on when i can, though.

played a few hours of the campaign on heroic. it's pretty fucking great. haven't tried multiplayer yet, but thats next on the cards. co-op and firefight look fucking amazing.
my gamertag is richuncskeleton. i'm not around much these days, but any time i'm on ill be down to play.

on the last level on heroic. pretty awesome. played a bit of coop and firefight last night. we need a slap firefight game soon, shit is unbelievably fun.

Played my friends copy for a little while.
Single player is pretty good and stays pretty faithful to the feel of Halo 1, but something about the multiplayer just feels off. Its like the strategy of it is so foreign now.

just got through the spaceship levels, and having not read any reviews I was (pleasantly) surprised with it.
gotta say that the sp is pretty strong so far, only had a few firefight mp games as I'm not too fussed about the rest of the online douchebaggery

I've been playing online, it's pretty damn fun there's so much variety in big team battle now.
I find i do amazing when I'm sober, but once I've had more than 4 beers I'm horrible. Which is strange because with most shooters I kick ass while drinking.
The game is basically still a paper/rock/scissors match with who throws the first grenade, starts shooting first and gets in the gun buck, but watevs im having fun with it. Been using the jet pack more than anything. I've been finding active camo doesn't work for shit somehow everyone sees me.

Finished campaign on legendary yesterday. It's amazing. Ialso have 47 out of 49 achievements. Oh and I also have a lot of things to do for school.
