Poverty isn't a pissing contest. And someone's obviously asking him to tell his story, so why the fuck shouldn't he? If someone asked one of your 'mates' to talk about that stuff and get paid for it don't you think they'd talk their ass off? To a certain degree it might be a culture thing, since you obviously have something to whine about because you don't like his clothes. Whatever. I don't know how they dress in Scotland, or if the black population there is even big enough to sustain a kind of subculture as big as the one in the states. well i have a nan in paisley near glasgow where she lives is like beruit, when visiting her when i was a kid as i spent a few weeks up ther in the summer holidays i saw some like 15 year old kid fully kick the shit out of some 10 year old for his trainers. ive seen people stel cars in broard daylight. i wish i could go back

To be honest i wouldn't want to, there's some fucking shite holes around here, everyone know where they are so no one bothers going there, the poeple that live there don't speak about it, unless they're about to beat the shit out of you or rob you.
My point is the marketing of "black" ghetto skaters
I've met Stevie in Barca, hung out for 2 or 3 days chilled with him, he never spoke about being rich or poor, Reebok is marketing the ghetto angle.
All i'm saying is it's fucking boring, if "kids" find it interesting fair enough, i just don't, maybe when i was 15 the American poor looked more interesting than my own, but now, after going to the states, looking at the poor in some New York area, lookign that the "poor" in London, i know that where i live has some of the nastest slums you'll ever see
