Despite that, i wanna shed some positivity on this situation and say that i remember being really really young, like maybe around grade 6 or 7, and watching "big demo" with my friends and how much you ripped. Like a year later a plush video came out and you skated to gang starr (there's a switch manual switch flip out in there that is fucking mind blowing even today). Needless to say i still own both of those videos on vhs except i don't have a vcr so most of it is just off of my own memory. but i really appreciated what you did back then and hopefully you can keep it up. It sounds like you've had a falling out with some edmonton heads (....due to your illness??), i hope you stay up and get better. keep skating man!

Man, I think that's rad that your mom gives a shit enough to come here and speak her piece. Yeah, there have been some personal attacks, people have some weird fascination with other people's drama, it's the reality TV generation, and people can crack jokes, I made one myself but what it comes down to is that this is real shit, real problems. Although some of it is funny to read it doesn't need to be the kind of public spectacle where people who aren't connected to the situation need to be tossing out judgements. I think we can all agree that the first video was sick, it's too bad the thread couldn't have focused on that, not matter how entertaining the drama might be. Right after it's posted there was shit talking, Kyle, fuck them, try to react more maturely in the future. Even if that's boring to forum watchers. great post, Sue. it's good to see that you care so much for your son and that you're there for him, no matter what. i strongly agree with you about reaching out to people in need. i've suffered with schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, etc. for a few years now and you do find out who you're real friends are, quick. it's good to see that a lot more people are being open about their mental illnesses nowadays and it's becoming a little less taboo.
(oh, and try to not take the jokes on here that seriously. people are just messing around most of the time.)

It was cocaine that triggered my schizophrenia, yes... I believe so anyways. My mind is fucked up from all the drugs I've done. I did a lot of cocaine. Cocaine was my thing. No psychedelics and shit, really, just coke. [Now] weed helps a lot. I smoke a lot of kush man, like, at least two blunts a day, haha. My mom doesn't think it's helping at all, but it calms me down. All I gotta say is I stay high, haha. But just green leafy kush buds. I'm trying to figure out how to get on medical pot, but my mom doesn't think it'll work. Ima try anyways.

hey, chris your not fat and you did not have lypo i was pissed off lots and smoking alot of weed and drinking alot of booze back then. i just stumbled upon this thread again and man... pretty nasty stuff here. thank you for the get well crap, i am alive and well now doing way better then i have ever in my life. skateboarding all summer and trying to skate the winter these days. nothing to specail. oh fuck yeah.. check this out. so uh, i had a thing with black jeans right... i dont have a pair of black jeans at all not even one pair i live down on the southside for a few years back when this thread started. now um, why is it in the city of edmonton for past 5 years i was in alot tighter jeans then i use to be i believe the jeans i wore was a volcom vorta slim straight jean. its funny because since suppers ready was done in 2007 not many people would wear that shit it was like a discusting drug addict boozer look i think and i really had no idea i was doing bad things like smoking ounces of cronic in like 3 days and drinking jack and coke all the time, shit was not cool and i noticed alot of the styles in skateboarding, um... people in edmonton like.. you know the random douchebadgs that look like hipsters well now they all wear all black in edmonton i have seen some shit in my life but clothing is such a big deal to alot of people. today i could give a shit about clothing i stopped wearing black jeans all together now i wear a relaxed fit and i dont think there will be a time in my life when i wear that crap i see it as this... and you can "quote me" that all black style only works for metal heads guys and satanists and i would like to believe your not gay but you look gay no offence or anything. what i mean is it looks like " lil wayne ... gangster parting with classified" i mean it now or its i would like to think aystenne gillette .. you know you get a civic or a focus and pack your belongings into it. snowboard, skis, cooler, clothing shit like this. and then wear all black with it. it looks funny believe me i wore all black for the past 4 years and just the other day i said to myself fuck this shit i was filthy did not shower much last summer but managed to put together some footage from 2018. and i really do not think i will wear that shit ever again, i like a relaxed jean from levis not baggy but relaxed.... you get what i mean by the whole lil wayne and classified look eh, like everyone in edmonton wears it. i think they buy clothing from winners and return it every few days pull up the reciets from this guy or her i would say and take a look at the fraud and theft there. fuck sakes. anyways thats neither here nor there. i thought hiphop heads are fighting with people that wear skinny jeans. like the whole hiphop gangster rap punk music listening cross rockers. i did not think that was cool in hiphop .. the skinnys, but fuck who cares i guess eh. clothing is bullshit who cares and another thing stop buying used clothing from thrift stores go buy it with your own money not moms credit card. no no no, hustle up some money and get it brand new i hate hipsters. i wear a bit of thrasher gear i noticed all the hipsters wear it eh. i told this one chick that was wearing a thrasher shit at the bus stop the other day i said thrasher is for skateboards not hipsters she got upset and i hoped on my bus. lol. ok another thing my brother is pretty cool like i said i have not been on here for years this thread its a funny thread forsure. my brother is harmless , chris i was pissed off and really fucked up all the time dont worry dude your not a fat poser or anything like that , chris did not get lypo and do that stuff i was saying in the thread, in fact i think he was in school when i was freaking out back then... i dont want to fight with my friends i have known since i was 15, fuck all that. do whatever you want and stay up and get well and forget about it. i do not want to fight people that i have known for the past 17 years. we will be ok. forget the past i dont want to talk about it, move on and get well.

hello. kyle here, i just want to strongly say that iam very sorry about the way i wrote on this thread. i do want want to kill anyone... jamie i am super sorry about this thread and the way i wrote about things on here. there was no need to say i am going to kill jamie, and agata the stuff i read on here is complete bullshit and i am very sorry i got clean and then i came on this thread and... i should have never spoke like that ever in my life and i wish every person on here a happy skateboarding and have fun in life i learned the hard way and i am still going threw it but do not feel sorry for me. love all my friends and everyone thanks for the support and i will keep my head up and i hope you guys all do as well, tihs thread was DUMB and we shoul have just never had any kind of words that way betweed any of us and maybe i will get some new footage and post it. thanks.

another thing i noticed is how the people that do not skateboard you see them sitting on theyre ass watching television all day or pan handeling downtown and shit... they think all of us here on the slap thread are going to kill each other because they had a fall out with theyre friends and all of us on this site that wrote stupid imature things about each other but we are just so grown up that we put it behind us and moved on... where as for the people they beef theyre own friends if they cant buy them another beer or another hoot of crack so all of these people are fighting and i am not getting involved with them at all. what i am trying to say is that PLUSH/FOOSH/SHOWDOWN, we are not argueing like that. i apologized to dirty/sugitt, and everyone about this stupid thread. and we put it behind us and moved on. honestly all i can say is to ignore these ravers and hipsters and juggalos homies because we are all SO GROWN UP :)

I remember reading this thread as it happened in real time. Kyle was an entertaining guy to say the least. It really sucks to see guys who obviously had a lot of talent on a board, get sucked up and spit out from the lifestyle that goes along with skateboarding. I know it’s a little late, but I hadn’t seen the update to this thread until last night. My condolences to his family and friends. RIP K Rob.
