No chance I'm forking over 20$ to buy another handrail/ stairs video. 2001 yes, but they have been doing the same shit for 20 years.

Just saying a company is boring without stating some reasons why they are boring is pretty shitty . Specialy when its about a company like Zero who have always had a good team with skaters who jump down big stuff . And have produced some pretty well known / famous vids
And While thinks vid is really really good , I dont see a reason why you cant watch both vids since none of them are longer then 1 hour

I think powell is a boring company but zero has some sort of art direction that makes their videos enjoyable to watch. Blind and Real also make shitty videos. Real has dope guys on their team and all but its just their videos are really bland and put together bad... imo...

Love their team, love their boards. I skate them often. Or, you know DLX boards..
But as a company, they're down right boring. Can't help it. But as much I would love to love them, I just can't help think that the lack in art directions is to big.

While this thread is complete shit, I somewhat related to the sentiment of Zero being a boring company....until I downloaded the new vid...
Thrill of it All and Misled Youth were both inarguably two of the biggest skate vids of the era...
For me personally though I sort of lost interest with the team and their subsequent videos (no fault of their own, I just grew out of their aesthetic/roster/branding or what have you..)
.....but, I bought Cold War on iTunes and am seriously pretty hyped on the video. It's not just stunt man crazy shit that you associate with Zero, but rather a well rounded video and team- with a soundtrack that makes you want to press replay (with the exception of JT's song choice).
I think watching the new vid will surely change some mindsets- it did mine.

id rather watch guys like dennis busenits,silas baxter neal, marc johnson, or brandon westgate. i did enjoy jamie thomas part a lot though. no disrespect, i just dont like the vibe of zero.

go to one of the shop premieres or buy the video once it releases before you can put your input about zero. The video is seriously one of the best of 2013. And It's not only rails; ben hatchell and john rattray have all terrain parts

Couldn't agree more. I skate 75% dlx boards because they last and I like there shapes but the decks are either boring or ugly as fuck. Awesome team, awesome boards, in serious need of a good art director. As far as Zero goes. Not that boring. Maybe a little stale but they have a point of view and the stick to it which is cool i guess.
