Hands down, it was The Eleventh Hour. It really reminded me of an OG Blueprint video (didn't hurt that Dan McGee was involved).

Not sure how to embed mpora videos, but here is Tom Knox's part.

Really hoping the misses bought me Eleventh Hour for Christmas.

Since I haven't seen it yet though, I'm going to go with St. Losers and Tengu.

The years are all blurring together.  I was going to say Cosmic 2, but I'm not sure when that came out.  Old dominion was gnarly.  Haven't seen much else.  I'm sure Eleventh Hour is solid, but I've only seen one part from that one.

I need to have my homie post his video, Let's See 'Em.  Eighties movie clips, gnarly skating.  He really came through.

Also, I recognize it's pretty ridiculous to put in a nomination for a video I haven't even seen in full, but the 4 parts I saw from Grey Area were fucked.  Skating, filming, and spot selection are all incredible.  That eastern bloc shit always works for me...A reminder I need to purchase it.

since we're on the topic of independent videos: what video was it where someone skated to CEREMONY's "into the wayside part. 1/sick"? it's been driving me fucking bananas and I need that video.

I'm being completely biased here but any homie video out of Arizona gets me hyped to go skate.

Wanted to wait till I saw Eleventh Hour to comment.  Copy came yesterday.  Luka Pinto has a dope style and Nick Jensen skating to Kate Bush was awesome, but something that sort of made me annoyed was that they must have taken a filming trip to Japan or something.  Some people did ABD tricks by Japanese skaters at Japanese spots and they didn't even have any Japanese skaters in the vid.

Definitely give it to Tengu.

They didn't take a filming trip to Japan.
Think the only trip was a france one.

My favorite independent video of 2013 is EMB I$land Mobb

www.youtube.com/watch?v=vqw-OubqEHA (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vqw-OubqEHA#)

www.youtube.com/watch?v=izugJs3f7gg (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=izugJs3f7gg#)

1. i like it because they skate SF like a city and dont go directly to the hills. there are spots in here i rarely see in big company skatevids (if im wrong show me a video where theres as much SF *city* footy in it and not just hill bombs and a couple cliched spots)

2. its a legit *crew* video which gives it a good vibe plus it finally doesnt feel like a bunch of white kids semi-ironically listening to rap music in expensive shirts.

3. L Train is amazing, that line at 3:00 is on some gino shit. dudes criminally underrated, especially for being in such a skate heavy city like SF.

4. since its a compilation of footy from 08-12/13 it gives you a different perspective of whats going on in SF versus thrashers tranny/hill bomb/GX1000 stuff that gets blasted at 11. not saying theres anything wrong with that stuff but it's nice to see different parts of SF and the EMB still being intact and getting hit on a daily basis.
