I've been skating for about 16 years now and as far back as I can remember, "skate shoe" has always been what everybody says and I've always sort of blindly followed along but I've never really understood it. Other than maybe dylan's latest model, the majority of "skate shoes"are clearly sneakers. so what gives? is it just that "skate shoe" rolls off the tongue better? am I thinking about this way too much?
-
why is it always 'skate shop' and not 'skate store'?
-
What the hell do you mean "clearly sneakers"? What makes a sneaker? Where the hell are you sneaking too when you wear them? I hate the term sneaker. That shit doesn't make any sense. I guess any non-dress shoe with soft heels would be a sneaker because you can't hear them they hit the floor. BTW, we call them shoes, because they are by definition shoes. You know, footwear?

Why do people always have such shitty aim in movies and tv shows? They always hit the center of the target in practice.
