Fuck
Keep fucking up both my wrists about every 3 weeks, leading to dark depression and selfmutilation. Up till the point where a single fall I would normally be able to take completely fucks em up.
Anyone out there with magic tips as for braces or exercises?

I have this too. Even bracing myself with my palms makes my wrists hurt. I'm 33 so when I asked a doctor he told me to quit skateboarding. He doesn't give a shit.

start wearing a wrist brace when u sk8 and when ur not sk8n rehab it with those hand grips. also epsom salt dips, ice + heat therapy.

Don't get a wrist brace with rigid thumb. I skated in one of those and now my thumb is fucked.

also try building those wrist muscles with resistance bands, best rehab for sprained wrists. you already know all the moves: the jackoff, reverse jackoff, yes and no motions, etc. :)
