Title: change/ add avatar
Post by: zeepers on August 06, 2015, 07:36:25 AM: I can't seem to find the option to add an avatar. super basic question, I know, but I've searched all over the board and can't find any instruction. help!?

While signed in, navigate to the "Index" page on the forum tab.

There should be a few grey boxes with white writing beneath the "show unread posts since your last visit" etc links.
One of these boxes says "Profile", click this box.

On the left-hand side there will be 3 headings, in the middle there is one titled "Modify Profile".
From under this heading, select "Forum Profile Information".
At this spot you should have the option to upload a pic that you have hosted on an image site or directly from your computer.

I'm not seeing it--is it hosted on imgur or maybe you need to resize it?
I've tried hosting to imager and photobucket. Idk what else to do now :(

Oh damn thanks! I didn't see I got a pm until you mentioned it. I think they're good format wise, but I wanted to picture to include the MS paint background, not just him. My bad, I should have specified that. If you could do the same thing just with the full picture (minus the white bars on the outside) that would be sick. :)
