whoever it was that was saying they should move the trunk boys to girl and put some brazilians on chocolate is completely right and i think that could save the company if they are really struggling the way that has been rumored. then again, ribeiro is pro now and i am sure tiago and iqui will be turned pro here pretty soon as they should be.
i agree but i would like chocolate to keep stevie perez. chocolate to me represented raw skating as opposed to girl was more polished imo

man, girl/choc really blowing it. it's crazy because you see all the dudes they had on flow that they let go or that left and a lot of them are KILLING it. seems like a lot of the younger dudes, once they're actually given a chance, they step up. but when they feel like they're flow-for-life they get kinda bummed (which is totally understandable), so they go somewhere else where there's actually a legit opportunity to go on trips and become am, etc.

agreed, also just realized that quasi doesn't really seem to rely heavily (or at all) on name based individual rider boards. pretty refreshing after seeing years of team editions coming from crailtap or real like this

I see where you guys are coming from but let's not forget that Crailtap did try to add some new blood (through Lakai), eg Nakel, Miles, Karsten, etc. but they all chose the bigger paycheck at Adidas/Nike shortly after getting fully on Lakai

That was quite awhile ago, and there wasn't really any indication they were going to do anything with any of them aside from Miles.
True but with karsten it seemed like he had welcome video and was on Nike two weeks later.

Johan and Keith were really close, possibly still are. Them sleeping on him had a lot more to do with him quitting once before than them not taking him seriously.
