No spots at all, no real shop in actual Alameda either. The park is weird, and not that fun, but it is right on the harbor. Berkeley is nearby, and Oakland has plenty of spots though.

There was a blue up-ledge there that's a heck of a fun spot if it's still around. Haven't skated it in probably 7 or 8 years though, so it could be skate-stopped or removed by now.

You people don't know shit about Alameda if you think there aren't any spots.

The park is jacked but fun. The former navy base or whatever has a ton of spots, and one security guard in a truck that monitors the whole place. Once he finds you, he follows you around kicking you out of every spot you go to afterwards until you leave that part of town. Oakland and SF are better. Fuck berkeley, unless towns full of rich granola yuppies and bratty college kids sounds fun to you. There's a reason that techie refugees from SF move to Oakland instead of Berkeley.

Yeah, there are tons of spots in Alameda. Just depends on what you define as a "spot".

As far as things to do, go to the Waffle Shop on Park Street, play indoor miniature golf next door, go to the pinball museum, and then leave Alameda.
