Explain why in the comments below.
-
Magnums what I fit
-
i would explain but you wouldn't know the WHOLE story so i won't tell
-
8.9x33, 15" wb
-
8.25" because it feels good.
-
8.8x33, 15" wb
Are you tall?? Or maybe just skate a lot of transition??
I'm 5'7" on a good day and I couldn't imagine trying to flip my board if it were that big. Haha
-
8.38
im pretty tall
-
8.5" but i might try 8,475 baker
-
8.12 or 8 because I had a big board phase and noticed it takes a lot of effort to skate flat ground with an 8.5 even an 8.25, easier to land on but hard to flip. 8.12 is the perfect medium where I don't have to give so much effort but still have a confident area of land. It's like the 7.5/7.8 days where a 7.5 was super easy to do and learn any trick on flat but 7.8 was the perfect medium because you can still learn and have a normal amount of board
-
8.5 because it makes me look cool
-
I just set up an 8.125 x 31.625 with 14" wheelbase.
I prefer skinny boards, have for years, but I'm burned-out on always getting the same setups so I wanna try something new.

None of us actually skate Tracer.

None of us actually skate Tracer.
i've just been googling "how to troll sk8r's on slap" since last year.
all i've accomplished in this past year is mastering my slingshot technique =[
-
rollerblades size 9.5
-
8-8.25"
Like many of you I come from the era when 7.75" was the standard, and 8" was a wide size. However, I tend to do well on 8.5-9".
Not particularly tall (5' 9" or so) 170lbs, size 11 shoe.
-
8.38 and 8.43 are my new faves
-

that joke gets more fucking hilarious every time
-
I don't ride dicks but mine is small.

Woah how did you find an 8.12 with 14" wheel base ? Most 8.12 I found were above 14" every time and I'm trying to keep it in that range of a 14" after hearing about chico Brenes and Mariano keeping the same length wb for flips on wider boards

^
What's the wheelbase on DLX 8.12s? I thought it was somewhere between 14.00" and 14.25".

Fred Gall

8.5
Flips slow, catches well, tons of stability.

When I was getting back into skating, I got an 8. After a bit it just felt too small (may have had more to do with the wheelbase). I got an 8.5 and really liked it, but left it in the trunk on a 100+ degree summer day and the board warped. Then I got a 8.25 and loved it. After it wore out, I just got another 8.5 that I'm skating now. I also got an 8.75 that was brand new for $10 because the guy didn't like how steep the concave was. It's a bit bigger than I'd normally like, but I couldn't pass up the deal. For me, anything from 8.25 - 8.5 feels good.
-
8.25 to 8.5 because they make me wet.
-
Preferably 9 but 8.7 will do at the smallest
-
7.5 till infinity.

It's a Girl deck.. I believe it says its "shape 26". I haven't had a chance to try it out yet, I have like 3 minutes of free time a day lately

yeah i am really tall.
Flip tricks are definitely harder, and everything takes a lot more effort because the Indy 169's are so damn heavy but it's worth it to have a board I can ride comfortably.
-
8.5 currently, it's nice and comfy
I usually move around from 8.25-8.6 trying out different shapes.
I have another set up, 8.6 that has a little longer wheelbase and that one always feels too big under my feet.
-
8.38 recently
I'm somewhat tall at 6'2 and weigh around 175
-
8.25" because it feels good.

All Girl/Choco 8.12's have a 14" wheelbase.
